What's worse is that not one defender emerges with any credit whatsoever. What's Bardsley playing at? What's Cameron playing at? What's Muniesa playing at? Why's Ryan on the halfway line when the second goes in?

As for Moses, the only defence is that he didn't appeal for a penalty so you could say he just fell. Its not good though and if it carries on I'd send him back before I'd sign him. |

The first was Muni giving the ball away, Shawcross not taking the chance to clear a floaty ball over with his head, Bego pushing a simple low cross out onto the penalty spot, and anyone for not picking up Ings.
The second was Bardsley flying in and getting completely done, and Cameron stopping runnng to try and play offside regardless of the fact their lad was about 8 yards from the byline and obviously not likely to be playing the ball forwards.

The entire back five was utterly wank for the first fifteen minutes. Unfortunately for us the game was over after that because our front six couldn't hit a bulls arse with a banjo.

For me, we need defenders who do their own jobs properly. Ryan is doing the work of the whole back 4 and he can't be everywhere. We'll get nowhere with Cameron at centre half and despite all the debate around Muniesa, I think he looks weaker at left back than he's ever done at centre half. |

Just watched the two goals. What on God's good Earth was Cameron doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was being Cameron. In fairness he wasn't alone. In the first 15 minutes our back 5 collectively and individually was absolutely wank. Unfortunately he continued to be wank for the next 75 minutes. |
