Filled in quite adequately in the centre of defence but could have done better for the first goal, we need Huth back though. Gouranga.

Can't you start ONE thread giving your opinion on each player rather than a thread per player?

Had fuck all to do for 75 minutes, gash for the other 15 minutes when he was called upon. That could be said for the entire back four.

Rather had him at RB today, he would of used his left foot to knick the ball from kightly on the run where Bardsley had to dive for it giving up a goal. So far Geoff has had two complete good games at RB and Bardsley 1.
Sad we've changed our form with Cameron at RB due to injuries.

"Complete game" Man city. That's it. He was good for 70 minutes today. I think we'll agree to disagree. He hasn't finished most games, he's been injured alot and when he has he's been healthy he's great for most of it. His only complete game was Man city and it was his best in a stoke shirt yet. He was caught out today but after their second he was noticeably improved both defensively and offensively. Another one of his "non-complete" performances though for someone touted as being solid. It hasn't been the case consistently. I do disagree.

Cameron at CB and Muniesa at LB is a disaster waiting to happen. Both not good enough, simple as.

Geoff is wank. Deal with it.
I'm lost for words after today, and he was by no means solely to blame for the defeat, but shitting hell, how can anyone seriously suggest that he should be starting?
He's a bog-average utility player.

If the more forward thinking players had done their jobs properly we wouldn't be having this conversation.

He was garbage. USE YOUR FUCKING LEFT FOOT YOU BELL END! Predictable as ever Bayern. ???? Very much so. It's the oatcake lottery: working out the best way to blame a select few for everything, aka Cameron, Wilson, Arnie etc. We'll be blaming one of them after someone doesn't score a penalty soon enough...

He was shit on Saturday but he is not a CB and not a left sided one at that. He was doing his usual outside of the boot clearances instead of using his left foot.

I'm not sure anyone is blaming him particularly. Just observing that he wasn't particularly good on Saturday. And frankly I think you'd be hard pushed to argue otherwise, although I've a funny feeling you might give it a go.

I've merely argued that he's not to blame for the goals at all.... which he isn't. Collectively, the team were awful, but Geoff was no worse and doesn't really deserve to be singled out.

Quieter game than usual but wouldn't say he was awful at all. Missed a game changing opportunity in the second half that easily carries as importance to our defeat as Geoffs defending. And that's what annoys me, can someone explain why N'Zonzi is completely exempt from criticism? We hammer players like Wilson and Cameron yet not a word against Steven.
