I was happy with Pulis and I'm happy with Hughes. My idea of unhappiness is 1) relegation 2) people from Iceland EVER FUCKING TURNING UP AGAIN and anything else is just a bonus after so many years of both.

Can you talk me through how today was Bojan's fault and how Cameron has played right back in our best defensive performances?

I didn't say bojan was at fault I merely pointed out as a team we have lost to villa Leicester and burnley with him as the focal point something is wrong with the balance on that basis
Cameron right back v west ham and 80 mins at spurs two of our best performances by all accounts

He wasn't the focal point against Villa, he was out wide.
I don't see how he's the problem?
We've kept two clean sheets all season and Bardsley played right back in both of them.

Would that be the Icelanders who initially rescued the club who were in dire straights, and then pumped quite a few million into developing the team, and then got us back into the Championship? Yes, wouldn't want them helping our club in dark days.

Today he was monumental and I suspect he still has a few more gears to jump before he starts getting to full potential. Based on the showing today we should be building the whole team around him.

Not out - but accountable for today. Not hindsight - was totally predictable how they would set out their store before the game
Well done to them - totally clueless re how we break teams down = that is the managers issue

Only the severest mentally challenged nutjob wants Hughes replacing.
All we heard for years was the manager knows what he doing, have you ever managed, the manager knows better than keyboard warriors..... funny how the rules have changed.

If he could find us another 'Kompany' Id be in heaven. I'd settle for another Robert Huth... ....or just a fit one..... Ryan has never quite been the same player for me without Big Bob at his side.......

Fortunately in lots of aspects we have Peter Coates here and unlike many Premiership Owners he will keep the faith with MH as will the majority of our fans. We should be winning more games at home. A win yesterday and nothing v Spurs = less panic. The lack of points at home should be easier to address imo More away points is a big improvement

Jeycov
Its a very fair point about spurs Burnley and home Easier to fix m concern is once a away defeat spiral starts as it may well now momentum and confidence becomes the key the pressure at home increases and we could be very badly exposed in at least three of our next 4 homes games imagine the pressure that exerts on games in late jan and feb .

It doesn't matter who the manager is now. If the money has gone then Mourinho would have a struggle.
You can only do so much with 5.5M in three transfer windows.
Hughes worked miracles to get us 9th last season. You can't expect that every season on freebies and loans...backed up by 2.5M signings every 12 months or so.
I'm simply staggered by the names who are running out and slating Hughes given their support for the previous manager, who spent 20M+ a season to produce some of the most mind numbing football this football club has ever witnessed this side of Joe Jordan.
