Watching MOTD has made me no less angry. He's fucking walking. He's got his back to fucking play. Fuck him off. How do you explain the fact that Arnie took up the same position on every corner we had whilst he was on the pitch, including the one that seems to have prompted so much hysteria?

Assaidi should have replaced Moses. Arnie frequently cuts inside and we ended up going narrower which was useless for Crouch

Assaidi should have replaced Moses. Arnie frequently cuts inside and we ended up going narrower which was useless for Crouch The fact he put in about 5 or 6 "shit" crosses in his short time on the pitch negates that opinion somewhat. Unless of course he was far more involved than the critics want to admit and he actually varied the play by both hitting the by-line and equally cutting inside?

the problem for me, is as iv said here a million times, is his attitude, no one can deny his ability, he brings balls down on a sixpence.......then fuckin crosses it out for a goalkick, its simply not good enough, his attitude stinks, i said from day one, his ego outstrips his ability....time to trip his wage from the bill...

I remember when the majority of people were slating Walters for his shit crossing. Where was all of this defending of him for attempting crosses? At the end of the day, Arnautovic is nowhere near as good as he was last season and should no way be starting.

He will come good given the chance but he needs to start to do that Therefore he has to grab his opportunities when he can I don't think he let anyone down today, but at the moment, it's hard to see how he's going to get a run of games. Moses is starting to get criticism, but we still don't look the same team without him, and on the other side, Walters has become the man who wouldn't die - you just can't write him off. I don't want anyone to get injured, but unless he does something really spectacular in his 20 minute cameos, that's the only way he's going to get back in. And that's a real shame as far as I'm concerned. All of our players bar Ryan seemed to show no urgency re the late corner -probably expecting Charlie to take it (he was the furthest away from the ball) Arnie came on when both fans and players were getting more and more frustrated with the play. My choice would have been Assaidi as he can't play next week We lost the game in the first 20 mins, Arnie was not on the pitch then. Like all fans, I was desperate to see us equalise, Watching the extended highlights on Sky Arnie wasn't as poor as I'd thought., several chances went begging. He needs our support.

Anyone who thinks we should sell Arnie knows fuck all about football and also has a memory shorter than Cliff Carr. Go on then - explain - except for last 2 months of last year - please explain why Because he has ability that is only matched by a very small number of our squad. The word squad is very important in all this as well and it seems that many Stoke fans do not understand it's meaning. Arnie wasn't anywhere near as bad as many are trying to make out he was yesterday, and only his final ball let him down as he pretty much tore their defence apart for the time he was on the pitch, and he also linked up well with Bojan. We all saw what Arnie can do last season and he is an important member of our squad but the more mentally challenged members of our support cannot see this and just call for any players who aren't featuring regularly to be fucked off. I remember not so long ago calls for Crouch and Adam to be fucked off by many on here also. The word Clueless springs to mind.

At the game, you don't always get to see every incident so I suffer again on days like yesterday. One of the most disappointing highlights was the dive from Moses - at the game I thought it was a penalty. The goal from SJW looked a lot better though

The only thing he was guilty of today was trying to hard when he got the ball in good attacking positions and lacking in confidence.
He's a complicated character but a potential game changer.
He'll come good.

Arnautovic. Cut inside, shoot, miss.Cut inside, hit low cross, hit first man.Repeat both moves ad infinitum and don't track back.

Arnie thinks he's better than he actually is,don't get me wrong he's a good player, but as an international player he probably assumes his name should be the first on the sheet,Wrong. There are a lot of players,as decent as they are, think they are bigger than their clubs and his attitude has that written all over.

My feelings are that Odemwingie made Arnie (and others) look good. He was the one that was on the same wavelength and gelled us all together. Losing him and his influence was a real problem.

Arnie is a class player, technically superb but misunderstood by many. We all admire the player with passion who rush into position and also those who make valiant attempts to put through great passes. For some reason those players with the brains to already be in the right position are considered lazy. Arnie puts some excellent passes into spaces that players ought to be running into. Arnie can pluck the ball out of the air with ease and has the strength and skill to hold onto it. Bojan has the football brain to establish a great partnership vwith Arnie. Arnie needs players of ability around him to succeed. Moses is overated because he shows a lot of effort and Arnie underrated because he doesn't. Arnie is by far a better player and deserves the opportunity to show it.
Got my tin hat on but it is my opinion, having seen many similar players over the years.

Ability isn't everything though, if it was these street jugglers in Brazil would be the blokes on mega bucks mate, you have to work for it. Basic things like not being arsed to get back onside we were challenging for the ball on the edge of their box are unacceptable. This has nothing to do with them being mates but would you back Balotelli? I understand that people have very differing opinions on the game, I can debate all day but I can't see how anyone thinks he deserves game time at the moment. Some were saying Brek Shea needs games on here. Arnie is on a different planet when he's talking about CL football. If he wants to get the fans inside then work hard and show us you care! Akinbyi was shit, Sidibe was technically shit but they put so much effort in on the pitch I couldn't criticise them. I think Pulis was right when he said we like grafters here, and I think that stems from a lot of the vocal fan base growing up with Kyle Lightbourne, Michael Rickets, David Oldfield plus too many more

And let's bing Shawcross to take a corner when he sees himself as a dead ball expert is crininal

He does look like he isn't enjoying himself at times and seems a very angry human being for some reason, and because he shows his dissapointment in a certain way it gets mistaken for him not giving a shit. The captain of the Austrian NationalTeam said in an interview that Arni should be an example for the rest of the players concerning effort and attitude. it´s hardly possible, that Arni looses everything boarding a plane to England, isn´t it???
