He was wank today. Lets himself and us down, does the difficult part of bringing the ball down. And then crosses it like someone who has never kicked a football before. Another poor performance in a long bad run of poor performances. It's virtually December and he hasn't even turned up yet.
Moses is a much more effective player. I'll happily see us sign lennon in January and see arnie go.

He played very well last two matches for Austria against Montenegro and Russia last saturday in euro qualifier. Don't know why he does not reach this high level with stoke?? I watched the Russia game mate and he wasn't very good to be honest.

Some of our supporters are shocking, I could swear they're desperate for him to fail. He put in three top quality crosses and two poor ones. I admit he's not all there yet, but he had more in terms of end product today than Moses. Normally agree with most of what you say Mystic, but he was very wasteful again today and I counted one good cross today.I think people want to love him but he seems to dissapoint every time he steps on the field at the moment.Personally I don't think he is good enough and never have, hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am.

I counted two put into the middle that their defence struggled to deal with and the third one was when he cut into the box and then laid up a really good chance on the far post, only for Walters to have made his run into the middle.

That's where you learn how clever players are. Moses puts all of his crosses into the middle regardless and as such, percentage players play the odds and chuck themselves in. When you get a proper footballer on the pitch that realises chucking crosses into a pack of 8 players is mindless, and puts them all to the back post, then you realise who the players are that are percentage players and those that are footballers with a brain and read what others are doing. This isn't a massive dig at Walters but Crouch should have known better and peeled off on to the Burnley left back every time the ball got to Arnautovic. Granted, some of his crosses were shit but also some were not that bad and were put into good area's at the back post.

Moses, Walters, crouch, Muniesa, Cameron, Adam, diouf and bardsley were a lot worse.
Shall we sell them as well?

I don't recall Walters getting many chances to cross the ball in the first half and he played more centrally in the second.I can say he was never given the ball in a perfect crossing position, royally fuck up by over running the ball, and twice over hitting it.

Coming soon: "It takes a special player to hit the first man with their corner every week. That's the mark of true quality." I know you're joking but serious point...every team does it. It's always the spare man - usually a striker stood at the corner of the six yard box. I sat in the home end at Man City and had a chuckle when all their fans were moaning at all their corners landing on Crouch's head. The same happened today with us and Danny Ings. Must be some daft new invention at the yearly coaching courses...

Moses, Walters, crouch, Muniesa, Cameron, Adam, diouf and bardsley were a lot worse. Shall we sell them as well? Walters got a goal and a superb layoff, hardly worse than Arnie. But I see your point and agree with 90% of it

Go fuck yourself Tazi. I'm not sticking up for him. I'm adding balance to you bunch of know nothing cunts who revel in us losing! Give over as I'm not one who revels in a loss, however I am a cunt. You don't revel in a defeat? One of the biggest lies I've read on this message board.

Sell him? No. Find a way to get him playing like last season would be my preferred option.
A lot of the criticism of him seems to be personal, and considering his form during the second half of last season, I'm surprised how easily people have turned against him - or maybe they're the same people that barely gave him a chance from the moment he got here, and have now taken the opportunity, while they can, to just slag him off.
I couldn't see that he did a lot wrong today. A couple of his passes were beyond anything anyone else achieved, and they couldn't get the ball off him once he was in possession. Give him a run in the team, and he'll come good.

You can't lower yourself to that level of ineptness. Even the most staunch Burnley fan must admit they got away with murder today, on almost every front. I was staggered at their dreadful away following today. They used to bring more in the third division! Dreadful away following 2,500 How many times have we taken that many to away games in the last few seasons?not many i tell thee.People in glass houses mate 2,500 at hull earlier this season 2,800 at west brom last season

Are you saying you know what the manager instructed him to do second half? He was playing wide right wasn't he? Wide players are generally there to put crosses into the box. He didn't put one in so he is either incapable, out of position or hiding. You can't have it all ways.
