I must admit I don't really, but anyone out there got a favourite? I think the M4 is the most posh. It's like a party in concrete at times! If not you can have a Service Station. I like the old skool ones on both sides of the road like Keele, it had a restaurant on the bridge at one point I'm pretty sure, immediately above the teaming traffic. Not sure you'd get that by Health and Safety anymore!? I have a vague memory of going there for my birthday party when I was very small, don't ever let it be said we didn't know how to enjoy ourselves

M66. It's very rarely busy. M65 for the same reason. And all the other poxy little motorways like the M606.
Tebay (predictable) best Service Station although I bloody hate the M6.
Worst stretches of motorway M60 J17-12 (any week day morning), M6 J18-15, M1 J30 ish, M25 (anywhere), M62 Brighouse - Leeds (any week day morning)

the m54 becaue it leads home the m6 toll because you can speed they always have good billboards on the west brom junction of the m5 too
as for sevices, any of the rare ones with a maccy d's so much better than burger king. the worst services are the ones you need to come off the motorway and drive a mile to get to, like cheivley on the m40 j10

I've done the M6, M42, M40 and M4 today and the best one was the M40, not too much traffic on it compared to the others and not so many fookin wanking middle lane hogging tossers Tomorrow the joy of the M25 from M4 all the way ound to the other side, near the dartford Crossing that's the worst one of them all

The M55 .....when travelling to the airport ! Which operational airport is that then Most likely to be Liverpool for us now that Blackpool has closed ....we used to fly from there regularly as its only 15 minutes from our house , we will certainly miss the place

This thread will be called sad at some point! The northern M6 to the border is my favourite. And the services at Tebay - its even got its own website:- www.tebayservices.com/

I like the bit on the m62 with the house in the middle, thats great that is. And the apex part where you reach the highest part of the motorway network in the country... Bootiful Also like the M4 towards London where you have a long downhill stretct which goes through a great big cutting. M6 over Thelwall viaduct is infrastructure boner material too.

Motorways are wank. M6, M1, M25, you name it, wank. Someone breaks down - 6 mile tailbacks - bellends having an 'accident' in the 50mph roadworks zone - 2 hour delay - wank

I like the bit on the m62 with the house in the middle, thats great that is. It's when you drive a mile closer to Leeds and hit a wall of traffic that the fun ends though......

That A14 from the M1 to Cambridge feels like a kick in the balls whilst on it
It never seems to end
