Worth installing this app (Xbox Media Centre) for live 3pm games. Might be android only, not sure. You need to install sportsdevil add on too, there are vids on youtube telling you what to do once XBMC installed.
Very handy, not failed me yet this season. Anyone else got this?

Lots of threads on this. If on Android you may be better use SPMC (available in the Google Play store and will update automatically - especially when Kodi 14.0 has it's proper release). SPMC is just XBMC by another name. XBMC is available on many platforms (Windows, jail broken IOS). Highly recommend Mashup too (https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-install-mashup-repo-for-xbmc-manually/) seo-michael.co.uk seems to be the best site I've come across for having up-to-date instructions for installing add-ons (as the location of the addons seems to change by the month too).

There are a lot of advantages to using it, but I jave a bit of trouble sourcing a decent stream (or any working stream) in advance of kick off. I've been using SportsDevil and something else, the name of which escapes me.

I've got a new wizzy app within XMBC called LIVE TV - On Saturday I literally watched a HD stream of the WHU-Villa game live on Sportsnet (Canada), and there are all the BEIN, Sky, BT and a host of other foriegn sports channels plus all the movies and entertainment stuff
If I get time later today will type up a tutorial, but if you fancy having a dabble just Google VDUBT25 he has his own webpage and Youtube vids telling you how to activate the LIVE TV link in XMBC (for IPTV), and how to get the channels and EPG working - the EPG is just like a Sky planner!

I struggled to find the Stoke game on Sunday - it was on NBC Sports Network which isnt in his channel list - but I did get a fantaistic stream via CricFree on the old fashioned method via the website :-)
He says if you want a channel though request it and he will try to sort it!

My feed for the tottenham game was the best yet. Definitely worth starting your search 15mins in advance though, would have been gutted to miss bojans goal but just caught it in the end.
Ive heard mashup is good too and have it installed but still cant work out exactly what for. Dont use xbmc for much other than non televised games.

I've just started using the PVR client in seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-setup-livetv-pvr-simple-xbmc-kodi/Working well and over 1000 channels from around the world.

Whats happened to mashup ? Looks like the person who made it has had pressure applied or is worried about the authorities? Sad.

All premiere league matches are on NBC sports extra live which is available in XMBC but you need to fool the computer into thinking you are in the USA by using Cyberghost. Much easier than I am making it sound. Google XBMC NBC Sports extra and also cyberghost and follow the instructions.

I found out the source of the problem - the website that was the source of the channels has been taken down. Found a new one though.

I'm on cable at 50, but I get better quality using this than cricfree or wiziwig. Give it a try it shows lots if sports so you can test it well before the next game. If possible use your hard drive for buffering the cache rather than ram, you can get the settings and instructions off the internet. Nothing to be lost as you have xbmc anyway.

Just use p2p-streams they are in full hd (thumbsup)any game you want Isn't there more of a risk associated with P2P streams? On a normal stream you're just downloading, but on P2P aren't you also effectively broadcasting too?

On a normal stream you're just downloading, but on P2P aren't you also effectively broadcasting too? Not if you use a dedicated android device. Anyhow it uses its own internal engine now. P.S. I do mean p2p-streams within xbmc.

Excellent find, many thanks. Think I'll try this, but I'm using this Pivos box which has about as much power as a gnats bicep. It struggles with skins and I've given up on scrapers altogether. I fully expect to fuck it all up and end up restoring the factory settings. Really need to get around to sorting out another XBMC solution.
