This will be another Villa and Leicester, a team coming to the Brit to make it hard for us and defend all day with men behind the ball. We need to show we have learnt from those games and are more than just a counter-attacking team. The edge Bojan is now giving us may just make the difference. yes, exactly my thoughts too. With Bojan playing well we look much more capable of making possession count, his ability to bring the ball under immediate close control is not something we've seen at Stoke for quite a while.......................turning possession into goals is something we've had difficulty achieving so far this season. Sidwell could be of great use too if he replicates his form at previous clubs.

Well lads, with living up here and working with them apparently we are in for shock defeat!! They beat the mighty hull city at the weekend so now they can beat anyone !!! Hopefully a quick 3.0 defeat for them should bring the deluded idiots back down to earth? Anything other than a potters victory will make me be off work for a week. Please stoke don't let me down.

If we get the win against Burnley, it will bring us nicely up to 1.5 points per game. This equates to 57 points over the course of the season and a top 8 finish based on last season's finishing positions. This was my prediction at the start of the season, though I've not mentioned it much since. #notgettingcarriedaway

Hopefully there will be no international hangover from us and we'll carry on from where we left off. Bad timing to have the internationals for us to be honest.

The timing is good, it'll seem like weeks since Burnley won their first game and Bojan will have put half a stone on. 4 - 0

True, we have struggled against the teams we would expected to win against?

They have won only one game, at home against a Hull side who have also only won one game. They have a 13 goal deficit and they do not have a player who has scored more than one of their six goals in total. Meanwhile, our side is clicking into place. I expect 2 or 3 nil to us at least. No tub thumping or complacency. Just logic.

In contrast to Burnley we have 9 goalscorers from 14 games.
Diouf on target for 12+ this season. More goals to come from Bojan and Moses surely. Adam and Crouch both doing the business when they get the chance along with SJW.
We are hitting our stride while Burnley look nailed on for relegation.
3-0.

We haven't beaten anyone in the bottom half of the table, things will have to change to win. Certain amount of complacency in the team and the crowd. We beat Newcastle when they were in the bottom half.

At first glance at this fixture you could see us ending up loosing ala Leicester, but surely our team is too strong for Burnley. Bloody hope we beat 'em anyway, although I then hope they go on to win the rest of their games this season (obviously not including the reverse fixture) as would love them to stay up!

I'd Really like this team to be in place!!
Bego
Cameron Shawcross Muniesa Pieters
N'Zonzi Sidwell
Walters Bojan (not BoYan) Moses
Diouf
Plenty of attacking football, with lots of counter attacking more than possible for those inevitable moments when we're under pressure (which will occur in every football match regardless of the teams that are playing).
I predict a Stoke win by two goals, with lots of balls being put down the CORRIDOR OF UNCERTAINTY!!!!

The ones I work with reckon they could take a point if not all 3 as they say confidence is high and Danny Ings is on fire and if he gets the better of our defence there will be no catching him.

I'm glad Burnley have finally won a game, not saying they will relax a bit now but I think an early goal and we will get a big win & put our goal difference in the positive.I'm going for 3-0 with Bojan, Diouf & Sidwell.
