Losing Moses and then bringing Crouchie and Arnie on left us with pretty much zero attacking intent, for all the corners and possession in their half their keeper did pretty much nothing except get cramp For the life of me i can't see why Crouch was brought on? Unless Diouf was tired from the internationals This performance proves yet again that we can't break teams down, it needs sorting and fast I think with the amount of flying Diouf has done was the reason. We certainly lacked intent when he went off

Main striker and how many attempts did he have at goal?

I now know what it must've felt like for all the bitter supporters of stronger clubs after we'd beaten them in the first few seasons. I feel like stabbing everything that could even be tediously connected to burnley right now.

Going Forward - Shit! Defending - Shit! Fight and Desire - None!
Absolute wank today, you cant say its just a one off, look at Villa and Leicester and, for me, you cant gloss it over with a 'fluke' win at City or beating an absolute wank Spurs team. Sparky has dragged us backwards this season, we still can't hit a cows arse with a banjo and we are so naïve defensively. Why the fuck didn't we bring in a recognised centre-half over the summer, but NO! We had to bring in fucking ageing has-beens who couldn't get into teams in the championship. Something needs to change, but Balotelli hasn't scored a prem goal this season, what are the odds we will gift him a hat-trick next week?
FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wingie is injured, i'd rather see Diouf out on the wing than Crouch, which happened two or three times after he came on

Stoke the only team not to score from a set piece in the Prem. 14 corners today. MH has to put this right quickly. I suggest employing another technical trainer. 95% of the crossing was easy meat for the defenders or over-hit. I agree. Maybe we need to give the coaching stafc some help. Failing time and again to do the bread and butter things right. Main thing is we are wank at the back. We need a proper centre half. I have fucking had enough of the shit goals we concede. We never look secure

Bad day for Mark, needs to explain in detail to the board about this fuckup. In any walk of life this day's work would expected to be accountable. Bad day

Do you want him just to let them go out?

We need to start scoring from set pieces, no goals this season from any set piece is shocking.

Having watched Stoke for nearly 60 years, nothing new about this result. Sadly. My baldness caused by tearing my hair out.

Happens. Congratulations to Burnley. Passion, guts, and a bit or rule bending...I'm not going to complain about a team new to the Premiership who play like that. We had an off day, but not a catastrophic one. We will learn and move on.

Not acceptable. We should not drop points to burnley home or away. Oh well dust ourselves off and onto the next one.

2 minutes of madness Stoke are a midtable team and all teams in this positition are inconsistant creating goals from corners/ free kicks is woeful happy to have that much possession in every game, we would be top 10 Moses injury problems and his diving antics need sorting urgently creating good position, then fucking it up with pathetic final ball is a worry Continuing with up and over to Crouch will not work for the season need a goalscorer of 15 goals a season
liverpool 1 stoke city 2 next game, if we get wilson andpieters back, Cameron and Muniesa not good enough

Typical oatcake overreaction to a bad day at the office.we had a great win v spuds then throw it away with a poor defeat..what many oatcake posters fail to understand is we have been doing that for 50 years. I said before the game I thought defence was a bit weak and bardsley is probably still injured and would have not played if we had anyone else to play.the fact we had no defenders on the bench brings it home that we have to sign a replacement for robert huth.(I would have loved to have seen a huthy towering header from one of our 14 corners) I also mentioned before the game that I feel more confident about getting a win v the bin dippers than I did v burnley.
ps martin twatkinson is still a cunt

Out of the bottom 7 teams we have played 6 of them, lost 4 (3 @ home) and drawn 2, not top half form even though I think we'll not do too bad in the run up to xmas. If we can pick a few points up away we should be well ok.

Haven't felt so bad after a home gane in a long time. Losing to Burnley at home with the type of gosls we conceded was inexcusable! Burnley, Villa nad Leicester won't win many away games this season we need sort our home form out quickly- two up top for a start

He did a passable impression of Cameron Jerome, who he was supposed to be a million-times-better than - new dog, same old balloon. That said at least we didn't pay the €7m they wanted for him.
