Had a nice time it hospitality for the cup game but it wasn't quite as advertised and a bit of confusion, emailed Stoke but no reply in 48 hours.
Anyone got an email that they have had a quick response to?

If you didn't get a reply to your first email then you are entitled to email the chief executive Tony Scholes, in my opinion.

It was pretty good tbh, however 2 or 3 things weren't up to scratch, 'half time refreshments' in the T.W suite I expected a bit more than tea and coffee! Our padded seats in block 6 didn't actually exists, plus a couple of other things :-) |
