Absolutely no complaints with that.

4-3-3 as we expected.
Hope Bardsley really is fit to last 90 minutes, too many games this season where players have had to come off with niggles.
Chance for Walters, but actually Im a bit worried that our only outlet is an unfit Moses. Not the team I would have picked to play on the break

A bit puzzling when you look at the bench

Strong and sensible with plenty of options to change it up on the bench. Really cant argue.

No Muniesa either.. but like the attacking options off the bench.

Parking the bus indeed.
Surprising that Diouf doesn't get in if we're looking to break at pace (the Man City model). With Moses, Diouf and Arnie all nursing injuries it might make sense to hold a couple back on the bench though.

Ireland is a good player and when he plays well Stoke play well but we have a big squad and when you play as poorly as he did last week it's correct that he doesn't make the bench for me.

IMHO it's one of them where he sees the subs as a crucial part of the gameplan.

Great header aside last week, i can't quite believe Walters gets in when you see the bench.

A bit puzzling when you look at the bench Cameron in for Whelan and Walters in for Doiuf (whom I'm assuming isn't fit). What would you have done differently mate? Interesting that Ireland is nowhere to be seen but he was awful last week.

Think Walters deserves a start though after last week.

Pretty much the side I wanted us to put out. Glad Walters gets a run out might break up a bit of play. Fully expect to have to defend for 90 mins today.

I just hope Walters doesn't take a penalty! Don't worry, we won't get awarded one, certainly after last week.

Not thrilled with Walters but I guess there isn't really an alternative if Diouf isn't fit.

Oh I agree mate - I was asking if he'd been dropped or if there was word of an injury? Same question with regard to Muniessa too?

Great header aside last week, i can't quite believe Walters gets in when you see the bench. My worry with Walters is that all his best games have been from the subs bench in recent times. Not the same player when he starts.

The team is as Boskampsflaps and I predicted nearly a week ago.
The bench is amazingly attacking.
Looks like MH's plan is to hold them out for an hour +, and then blltz them.

I'd have gone Diouf for Walters for his pace on the break Rightly lost his place because he was nonexistent in the last game.
