heard that huth has picked up a knock, i was certain he would have replaced wilson to make our defense tighter[and provide a threat from set pieces]or maybe mh is trying to keep swansea guessing ??

Congest the midfield to frustrate their tricky flankers. Assaidi and Muniesa to double up in defence, but pin them back whenever possible. Man mark Bony {not the zone around him}. Concentrate. Bojan with freedom, scavenging in the spaces that Crouch creates. Punch several holes through the middle of 'em.
-----------Bego----------- Bardsley Shawcross Pieters -----N'Zonzi Sidwell------ Assaidi--- Adam----Muniesa -------Crouch Bojan-------
If Huth, Diouf, Moses or Whelan are fit enough then that's a different matter.

Huth's fucked isn't he? Is he? Gutted and worried if the big fella keeps picking up injuries.

Not unusual to get secondary injuries doesn't mean he won't recover just means you might not see the same old Huth until next season hence the lescott interest but again our investment policy came up with tex never to be seen

Huth's fucked isn't he? I don't know, perhaps. The big fella is the wrong side of 30 now, he has played 150 games for us, I'm not betting on him getting to 200

Some more thoughts from Swanselona.... linkThey certainly have a dim view of Stoke's game and have little appreciation of Hughes or his change in Stoke's style of play. They are a very tricky team and will probably score; Stoke will need to find the net a few times or points will go begging again. I hope Moses and Diouf really blossom and start getting goals assisted by Crouch winning possession and creating space by pulling CBs away for others to operate in.

The fact is half of those fucking bumpkins never went to watch Swansea until they got into the Prem, they were too busy pumping each other at the rugby, isn't it?

For a team that have a similair record to us, okay they went one better in a cup final ( their opposition was a bit different to ours to say the least ) they aren't half up themselves! I would love a convincing win tomorrow.

I would love a convincing win tomorrow. They have done well, considering a decade ago they were in league 2. However, I do not fear them and I think we can do them over, providing we take our chances and don't hand them yet another soft goal early doors.

You can understand why they are up their own arses. You only have to listen to that ubercunt Brendan Rogers to see where they got their arrogant faux superiority from. Talk about believing your own hype. It's a shame because I had absolutely no problem with Swansea at all, and then I read that bunch of arrogant deluded diatribe.

H Certainly appears to be written by people who probably weren't even going to games 5 years ago. All clubs will have new/returning fans following success but that doesn't mean they have to write know-nothing-shite about stuff they haven't got a clue about on message boards which then makes them look like total new age whoppers.

Some more thoughts from Swanselona.... linkChrist alive, no wonder the Welsh were built for mining, they are tunnelling so far up their own arses on there. I quite like Swansea as a town (city), a good night out, I worked quite a bit down there a few years ago.

Shows that certain images stick. I doubt the manager is as ignorant of Hughes Stoke as they are. As bad as we were v Sunderland we all know (even if opposition supporters still don't) that this team is capable of playing sides of the park. Not really shown it yet this season but it's there and someone is going to get blown away. Frustrating to see Stoke play without confidence so far. Swansea are a good side and will win if we are sloppy again. Nonetheless expect to finish above them again.

Bego Bardsley Ryan Huth Eric Nzonzi muni Arnie Mame Moses Crouchy You weren't that bad against Sunderland. I am a supporter and was there. You just started slowly. You had a good spell in the second half and put pressure on but didn't put the ball in the box. We played Swansea the week before and should have beaten them, we were the better team and going on what I saw last week so are you,s. Swansea weren't as good as last season. You were too hard on yourselves after last week's result.

"A team as technically limited as Stoke under the leadership of a proven failure like Mark Hughes shouldn't really be a threat to us, but that's what makes the game so interesting.
Be tempted to start Wilf regardless on Sunday."
Fuckwit.

Before I read their ignorant and arrogant comments I would have taken a draw today. Now I really, really want us to completely batter them.
Since we are thugs in their fevered imaginations, it's ironic that they are the side that have had a player sent off in the last two games.
