Nice one, Sunflower! its not easy trying to spot someone who you have not met in flesh, wearing a green McMillan vest, (with their name on in fairness) and only knowing there running number/name...my eyes were hurting.. The i phone tracker app was useless and so it was mostly pot luck that i saw him, I had to give the stoke song out, otherwise he would of thought i was a random guy just shouting his name... I saw a couple of Vale runners too & gave them a "up the potters" TEST

Well done northy.......done in 3.57 not bad considering your ill health all week Thought I wasn't too great, on antibiotics for a chest infection now, so to get round under 4 hours on the day was a massive achievement, even if I say so myself

Think I'm finally over the chest infection, it took 2 sets of antibiotics, a few blood tests and had 2 chest x-rays, doc said it was almost pnuemonia
Anybody get in for 2016? I was rejected again.
