What the hell was going through his head when he lost the ball towards the end though? Old agendas rearing their ugly heads again What the fuck are you on about you moron?

Man of the match, by a distance - despite Moses' excellence. I'd love to see the stats for distance covered.

Old agendas rearing their ugly heads again What the fuck are you on about you moron? Wow. A little overreaction? Glen made one mistake tonight. It could've been costly but it wasn't. He was running on empty after covering every blade tonight. I'll allow him that. He was immense.

I'll allow him that. He was immense. It wasn't an over reaction at all, he's suggesting that I have an agenda against glen when I have never slagged whelan off. Just stated one minor flaw to his game tonight. Hence why he's a moron.

Glenn Whelan. This man is definitely our unsung hero, does all the dirty work, willing to throw his body on the line and is everywhere all game, he never stops. If he got injured or suspended we really would miss him anchoring that midfield

Absolute monster of a player, if we'd spent £10 million in the summer on a player to play in his position, we'd all be saying it was money well spent based on that player's performances so far.

Bego Shawcross and Moses would be missed a lot more than Glenn.
I do rate Glenn very highly and he ran our midfield as usual tonight.

Love his attitude. Don't think I've seen him smile on the pitch in 6 years. Just loves scurrying around, organising, and bollocking people.
Top pro who loves doing the selfless, shitty jobs for the team - and he's definitely getting better with age.

He would be a devastating loss as we really dont have a replacement who could do such an effective job.Calls for Cameron or Muniesa to be given a go in DM are quite laughable

What the fuck are you on about you moron? Read the Arnie thread So? I know what I wrote. So because whelan fucked up ONCE in a game I have an agenda? I think it's called having eyes. So unless you can come back with any comment where I've slagged whelan off before, my original assessment of you still stands.

Personally I think Whelan has been one of our most consistent performers since Hughes took over. I find it laughable when we get the drop Whelan threads like we got last week after the QPR game. TP going has been the best thing to happen for Glenn.

Superb performance .Set the tone early on by pressing high up the pitch and gave a master class show in the art of midfield play, reads the game so well and never gives anything less than maximum effort.
