Before a ball was kicked I said that Man Utd would finish the season just inside the bottom three and would go down. Obviously I now have to eat my words. They'll finish 20th and be down by Easter. Pisser.

Oh, and how are Leicester considered our rivals/peers and relegation threatened Man Utd aren't? Is it because we're a mid table team and they'll finish in the dregs?

Well I'll take all the flack no probl not bothered but after losing to villa (which we all considered to be 3 points in the bag as most here considered villa to bene elevation certs) we said 'oh ok no prob, we 'll beat Leicester now' abc Leicester came and we lost as well. The brittannia used to bf a fortress but this year we're still to notch the first point at home. If this is not worrisome I don't know what is

Got huge sympathy for the exiles here, to see these glory hunting twats squirm and wriggle in their stupid replica tops is extremely gratifying. They've been lauding it for way too long and any day they get beaten is a good day. Recently 300 miles from Manchester two of these were sat in ridiculous car, with 'glory glory' blaring out. I wonder where they are today? Whether it's Leicester or anyone else is irrelevant, they got beaten, great news.
OUR results are down to Hughes and his players, they need to start pulling their collective fingers out and start beating shit like QPR - a team that will almost certainly occupy the bottom spots for most of the season. Our Fulham-esque (4-1) killer instinct isn't with us yet.

As Michael Bolton once sang..... Hindsights a wonderful thing Makes you smile through the pouring rain. Using your logic,Shawcross was woeful yesterday so that must mean he is shit all the time. nothing do with hindsight. I said they were shit at the back last season and all of this. Rojo and Blackett weren't in the back four at Man Utd last season. Johnny Evans,Chris Smalling and Rafael are indeed shit and I,like your good self wouldn't want them anywhere near our team. Rojo,Phil Jones would be good additions to our side and Blackett as I said earlier looks a "good prospect".

What a moby. You must hate united more than you love stoke is the only answer to that. First of all spunk bubble, where.did i say i hate the shit more than my love of stoke.secondly when you've spent most of your life in exile surrounded by glory hunting bastards, who for the last 20 years have revelled in their glory at the expense of others, you tend to grow an extreme dislike of said club.so wind your neck in sunshine, and stop typing bollocks. Like I said, whichever way you want dress it up, you're still putting you're hatred of a team before thinking what is best for stoke. Therefore still a moby.

Rojo,Phil Jones would be good additions to our side and Blackett as I said earlier looks a "good prospect". For me jones is the only 'defender'. The rest are just modern day defenders who are comfy on the ball before being able to defend. Blackett and rojo may come good but thrown in amongst that shit they really are in at the deep end.

Sportsman. The big money men are the same men that are making the game unfair. That is why I don't care who beats them. Much as I go on about the way Stoke are playing at the moment, I don't for one minute think that we will get relegated. I'm just totally frustrated at the way we're throwing good points away!

I agree. I just wish we'd managed pick up the extra win or more so far in the topsy turvy life of the start of a premiership season. Hate the start. Any bugger beats any bugger and it really is a lottry until November every year.

Based upon the earlier results and, whats happening at Goodison right now if nothing else, puts our recent profligacy, 'lasse fair' perhaps even, arrogant and complacent attitude towards making straightforward results count - into sharp focus
Definitely NOT a good day for Stoke City - whichever way you choose to cut it

Palace winning at Everton now. Bloody hell. lwt's be happy for it ! yaaaaaaaaayyy so good to see a small side putting one of the top 6 to the sword away from home. We should all be so so happy for it. indeed this calls for a collective jizzfest. After all so many on this board saying that we have absolutely nothing to worry about, that there's no chance that we will find ourselves in a relegation battle, that it matters nought that we lost our 2 home games and failed to put to the sword what is easily the worst team in the Prem. Absolutely nothing to worry about mate. Just read what most on this board are saying, how they slaged me off for expressing concern and, like th others, just rejoice in the achievements and progress made today by WBa, leicester and crystal palace, this is a time for rejoicement my friend since these teams are of no concern to us. Posters on this board have predicted a top 8 or at least a top 10 finish for so long that there's no chance in hell that they could be wrong, could there ?! so hip hip hooray for crytal palace as well my friend
