Tallest dwarf im afraid look at west ham showing what investment in the team looks like I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment on the investment but we can't do anything about it as supporters and the club can't do anything about it till January. Until then can we give it a rest?

its a marathon not a sprint I wish we'd stop banging on about investment lets see how the season pans out before we start bleating about who did the better business. So far the only player out of West Hams summer recruitment who I think would 100% improve us is Song.
As for Liverpool they do seem to lacking a bit of cohesion at the moment and the ability to break down West Ham very much like us.

Not at the moment for me I'll see how he performs over the course of the season. Although I would point out this time last year I didn't rate Bony either.

No Suarez, no Sturridge, an ageing Gerrard, its begining to show. They certainly aren't the force of last season.

Their forward line isn't as good as last season and their defence is even worse.

Tallest dwarf im afraid look at west ham showing what investment in the team looks like It's a bit early in the season for all this doom mongering shit you're pedalling isn't it Benjamin? You weren't happy under Pulis I remember right,so what does it take to please you?

I said last season they were a mid-table side with the best striker in the world.
Take away that striker and what do you get?
In addition, their manager was out of his depth last season but had the best striker in the world.
Take away that striker and what do you get?

Its hard to see how they can improve. The goals are being shipped by individual errors rather than a breakdown in team play.
Theyre simply an upper mid table team who had one of the worlds best strikers dragging them along for one season.
Rodgers also needs to grow the balls to drop Gerrard.

For me this Liverpool defeat helped soften the blow of the QPR late equalizer. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Would have been far more enjoyable if it wasn't west ham. Thought they played well though got away with some rather robust challenges.
