"We won't get a jammier 3 points than that all season. Couldn't have complained if we'd lost by 2 goals."
"After that first half we could of had a real pounding"
"No idea in the world how we won that, but unreal."
"Fantastic result, not an easy place to go"
"Proper smash and grab that was! Brilliant defending from our lads. Massive 3 points"
"Great result today though, although the better side over 90 minutes lost.... to be fair."
Typical heh...

Though they were awful first half and we should have done more to score. They definitely improved when Pearson made the changes at half time. Still think that Shluppe guy was the worst footballer I've ever seen in the Premier League.
Good old smash and grab by Leicester today, very similar to us at Man City. Threw bodies at the ball when they needed to

They were rubbish first half but we weren't good enough to break them down. Cambiasso transformed the game and they could have had 2 or 3 in the second half. We had more attempts but they had the far better chances. Did their keeper have to make a half decent save all afternoon?

"Not normally one to criticise Stoke but the brand of football they play is unbearable after watching that today. Absolutely shocking. Constantly lumping it in the box or to Crouch (who was on his arse half the game)."
"Great away win against a team who will do anything to win a game. We're the better footballing side."

It's all a bit irrelevant whether it was a smash and grab - they got the 3 points and we didn't. It's good that they recognise that we outplayed them but we came away with nowt... Sorry for the negativity but I work with a few Leicester fans and not looking forward to the abuse i'm going to get on Monday!

From the beginning of the second half when they came at us - it was so obvious it was Villa part 2
Result down to poor tactics and poor subs - Hughes has learned nothing from the Villa game

How many chances did crouch have in the first half? He should be taking at least one of those. Think we will douf as the main striker in our next match

I still rue the Crouch sitter in the first half! Would have become a totally different game then! They could have been in for a trashing!

Constantly lumping it in the box or to Crouch (who was on his arse half the game)." "Great away win against a team who will do anything to win a game. We're the better footballing side." They were nowhere near a good footballing side. Spent the whole time in their own box and when they did get the ball passed it out of play most of the time. Great football that To be fair. Playing crouch does change our style a bit. Especially when Walters is playing, as we are more reluctant to go down the wings. Plus we aren't able to play crouch through like we can with Diouf. I think we'd see an improvement in Bojan if he played with Diouf as he'd offer more movement, and we'd be able to play it down the wings of through the middle much more than looking for the chest of crouch. The above comment is very unfair based on one frustrating game where the opposition just sat back. But we always knew they were tossers anyway so what did we expect.

It puts into perpective some of the criticism our players got yesterday. Utter junk at times is written they've gone from world beaters at man c to wouldn't beat Crewe this week. Such hysterical nonsense

It's a thread that acknowledges that for the most part of yesterday we were by far the better team and that we basically threw it away and it had 'Aston Villa Repeat' written all over it. Nothing dogshit about it.

Now the dust has settled and I've calmed down, mainly by going and buying an Xbox one today to cheer myself up, I'll happily admit I was a negative cock on Saturday and owe the lads round us an apology next home match.
Just so fucking frustrating to watch teams do us over with our previous managers tactics.
It'll come good - you don't keep creating 20+ opportunities a game and fail to win a few.
Bring on QPR, we gave exactly what we need to spank em.
