'Bring Cambiasso on in the 75th min when 3 nil up :-D'
What planet are they on.
I heard on guy on 606 last Sunday night saying they should end up in a comfortable top 10 spot at the end of the season.
They only managed to draw against Arsenal at home, I'm sure we beat them in our first season.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could all renege on our enormous debts built up by engaging in a building project that we can't afford by simply going into administration and then buying the league?
Leicester City Debt Cheaters. It's a stigma they'll be stuck with for the next hundred years. It'll also make it very fun when their mental owner renames them 'Fosse Foxes'.

On paper we have a much better team than them, but we need to throw off the lethargy of the first two league games. One thing they have shown is a willingness to work, we need to match that or end up like the Villa game.

What a bunch of ill informed half wits. Were we this up ourselves on promotion? There's obviously blinkers which all fans wear, but these lot take it to a new level.....let's hope for a comfortable win.

There has always been something I don't like about Leicester when we play them, it must be their fans. In terms of numbers, they're very good.. but they're highly unoriginal (expect a lot of typical Championship songs like Dale Cavese/we'll sing on our own/1-0 and you still don't sing etc much like EVERY promoted team these days), deluded, desperate for attention seeing as Derby and Forest treat them like we treat Crewe... and for some reason, they seem to act like cockneys. Maybe it's just me. Any other time of the year, I couldn't give a toss about Leicester (who does?), but when we play them home or away.. they irk me

Who are those idiots who are talking about countering our 'thuggish hoofball'? If Pearson sets up his team that way, we'll murder them. Unfortunately for us, I suspect NP knows a bit more about us than some of the Foxestalk warriors who have been living in the land that time forgot.

They're not a squad to scare you on paper - but I do worry a bit about catching these newly-promoted teams while they're still running on adrenaline.
And they've had a reasonably good start to the season.
They're obviously a bit giddy about things after a 100-point Championship season - and, to be fair, that's going to have an impact on fan psychology.
And they aren't the only ones who follow the Premier League from watching one MOTD every fortnight who aren't exactly in touch with the latest changes with teams.
Most fans are ignorant to a lesser or greater degree of most things that don't involve their team. I'd probably dismiss half their team as nonentities I've barely heard of, but I'm sure that's not the case if I was watching them every week.
We should win comfortably, but I do like Pearson as a manager. Doesn't seem to the type to take any shit and I think they'll comfortably stay up.

I think Bojan will start his Premier league account in this game, having watched Leicester in the first couple of games they aren't shy about going forward, he'll have a field day in the space they'll leave behind.

To be fair the majority are sensible on there and rightly point out to the idiots that we're not hoofball merchants anymore. I do think they'll stay up but expect us to beat them 1 or 2-0 at the weekend.

A lot of very reasonable posts with some complete wazzocks thrown in. Most see our defence as slow. Looking at their defence and we should be looking at goals. After the shocker v Villa surely the players will be switched on.

Don't forget we relegated these during our promotion season. They were all crying in their pints whilst we were all belting out Delilah and going absolutely mental with Dicko. We rubbed it in.
They probably have a point to prove and will have a natural dislike for us due to the above reason probably.
Out of the newly promoted clubs though, Leicester are the team I would expect us to beat the most comfortable. They shouldn't be able to cope with our width and pace because their fullbacks (entire defence really) are still very much Championship players and our class should shine through.

We didn't rub it in. Rubbing it in is doing it on purpose, we had got promoted, we celebrated, of course we aren't going to give a shit about them. Now if we had done nothing and stood there doing said things, that's rubbing it in. I didn't even realise they'd been relegated, I couldn't have give two fucks about Leicester City that day. To dislike a team for celebrating their success is pretty pathetic.

People who think Shawcross is slow make me chortle. Slow on the turn, maybe. In a straight line, he's surprisingly rapid, Huth likewise. I think Gareth Southgate said that Huth was the fastest player he'd ever worked with.

I think Gareth Southgate said that Huth was the fastest player he'd ever worked with. I mentioned this in another thread the other day. Shawcross is a deceiver on the pitch. He is prone on the turn up against the more nippy players but he still manages to catch up and get a foot in when he has to. His speed across the field is very, very quick.

I think they need a few poundings off the middle / lower end clubs like us, Hull etc to bring their more idiotic fans down to earth. Some of them really are talking like they should stroll to a top half finish. They obviously haven't seen our home record under Hughes, in fact some of them don't even seem to know he's our manager.
