It was 22 years ago tonight that Stoke lost 3-1 at Bradford in a rather stuttering start to the new season. They wouldn't lose again until February 27. Link

I watched the fight in The Albion up Hanley Was that the game where Keith Scott caused trouble in the dressing room, then for the next game he and Toddy were dropped, Foghorn moved to the middle, and we never looked back?

Scott was subbed about 30 secs into the 2nd half Joe for shouting obscenities to Macari or Pejic at Birmingham He was instantly hauled off

If I remember correctly we had a minutes silence for Bobby Moore who had recently passed away That's right JPM, there was. There were footballs and beach balls bouncing everywhere during the game, but the minutes silence was immaculately observed.

Unlike Scott who moved like a paving slab. If Carruthers could finish he'd have been worth millions. Unfortunately that was lacking and in a forward it's a big loss

That was also the season passing back to the goalie was outlawed. Remember Watching Stoke at Plymouth Argyle in the early season 1-1 draw. Steino stole a goal after the Argyle keeper got all flustered by a back pass that he couldn't handle and Steino nipped in to score.
