We saw off Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool and Spurs under TP in the Prem. Last season we beat Man Utd and Chelsea for the first time. Citeh was the only one of the top seven regulars that we hadn't beaten, until today.

We have beaten them-at our place. Delap sent off and Beattie headed us to victory! Another great day.

I'm very pissed with joy. I realise I've forgotten that win but, frankly, I don't care. Shit bin, please, but I can't be bothered to edit it .

Wasn't that the famous roar from all sides of the stadium?

We also beat them 2-1 in another league game, but unfortunately, this is forever recorded as a 1-1 draw thanks to one of the most corrupt/incompetent (you choose) refereeing performances you're ever likely to see. Hey-ho; tonight, all is well.

Hey-ho; tonight, all is well. Remember that Shawcross header. Was it from a Rory long throw? A week later we spanked them 3-1 at the Brit in FA cup 5th round replay.

Hey-ho; tonight, all is well. Yes, that was one of the worst pieces of refereeing you'd see anywhere. He watched Shawcross pop up at the far post and head the ball into the net whilst at the same time Given charged across the goal and barged into Shawcross. Only the ref out of 27,000 in the stadium could have come to the conclusion that Shawcross had fouled Given - an amazingly bizarre decision. If players can be sent off and suspended for denying a goal scoring opportunity, the same should apply to referees.

Which was the game where Crouchy scored his wonder goal? I thought we won that.
