So you're going to completely ignore the role he played in our goal, or the wonderful pass he put on a plate for Crouch in the second half? Come on, Dave. Role in our goal. The cross was met by a defender!!!!!!!! Pass on a plate to Crouch. It was 4 vs 3 and Bojan completely under hit the pass thus ruining the chance. And you forgot to mention the goal he gave away. We all hope he is going to be a wonder player, but he is miles off at the moment. What the hell are on about, underhit his pass? Don't be ridiculous. Did the Hull defence deal adequately with his cross? No they didn't.

Disagree utterly, totally and fundamentally. His touch, awareness and anticipation, was so far ahead of the rest of our lot it was silly. Whether the rest of 'em can get anywhere near his wavelength remains to be seen mate. I think he has been put in the team when he is far from ready.

Come on then Marchy - who was better? Every single player on the pitch for both teams. Bojan hadn't even been on the pitch a minute and he had given a goal away with some of the most inept football I have seen for years. Still haven't found any medication for your talking bollocks syndrome I see.

And you have to admit it was a poor pass to Crouchy. And come on, what was he doing with Hull's goal? My fear is that a talented lad is being hung out to dry by being dropped into a situation he isn't ready for either physically nor tactically.

Bojan is a quality footballer that has been put in the team to adjust quickly to English football.
By the end of the season many people will be eating their words. He's a wonderful, wonderful talent.

You've made your mind up before he's kicked a ball march. It suits you anti-football anti-flair player agenda. I know you like predictions so here's one - you'll be eating your words about him come Christmas. That is if some thug of a player that you seem to prefer doesn't kick him to death. Someone will have to enlighten me here. I'm afraid I have seen nothing of note from him, yet. Diouf was poor, but I can see the promise. With Bojan I just can't note anything. I think he will need a while to acclimatise. At Christmas, let's hope you are right. It's no coincidence that you can see promise in Diouf because he's a willing runner. Just what is it that you have against footballers with an ounce of flair? It's FAR TOO EARLY to write anyone on or off yet. Far too early.

He's actually a player we need to be starting. If teams are sitting deep then the last thing we need is a lunatic running around in circles a la Walters.
We need quality footballers to unlock doors. Bojan is that. Players like Walters aren't.

I think he has been put in the team when he is far from ready. I wouldn't hesitate in building the team around him as our number ten. Whether it be Crouch, Odemwingie or Diouf leading the line ahead of him - he'll still be the main man as the number ten. Whether it's Arnie, Odemwingie or Moses either side of him on the flank, he'll still be the main man, regardless. Even if we have to take a string of bloody noses before we finally find a way to make it work, then we hold our nerve and keep going because he really is worth it.

What do you mean he can't lay any claim to the goal? He didn't directly assist in it, but he played his part in it which is what I originally said. If he hadn't put the ball over the goal wouldn't have come. End of.
The ball wasn't underhit to Crouch. Crouch made a complete pig's ear of the opportunity.
Your original comment about him being the worst player on the pitch is just ludicrous. Maybe he could've done better for the Hull goal, but so could two of our other players, whose job is primarily to defend.
Admit it, you hate players of Bojan's physique and style. That's all there is to it.

I feel he is a delicate flower who needs careful handling. He isn't physically ready for English football and we need to work on the defensive side of his game.

And I hope Bojan is given the time to acclimatise so that his power and aggression can flourish

I thought Bojan looked like one of the few players on the pitch who could create something. Whilst he misplaced a few passes the general quality of his balls into the box were very good. For starters I would have him Taking free kicks and corners.
He does indeed look a bit light weight and delicate but I'm affraid your going to have to accept that with him. He's there to create and score and your not going to get much from him defensively. But that's why you play two deep lying midfielders behind.
Realistically, Man City away is a 'bonus game'. Personally I would go with Bojan up front and Adam behind. There's not much to lose and it would be interesting to see he how he does in a totally free role. It might be a total disaster but I reckon it's worth a go.
