As much as I can't stand the dingle scum it does make me chuckle watching them beating fulham. There transfer policy is clearly bearing fruit..not.

I hope it works out for Magath. He's put a lot of faith in the kids at Fulham and if he can scuff his way through this season it will stand the club and the kids in great stead for the future.
Managers these days take the easy option and blame the pressure of managing for not blooding kids, coaching and developing them. Patrick Roberts is only 17 and he's given him 4 games thus far. If more managers did this then maybe the national game wouldn't be in such a state.

Lets not forget that Magath also spent a ridiculous amount on McCormick as well!! Its about time Fulham had a dose of shit times. I was sick of going to their ground and sitting around Chinese tourists. Aside from the pubs around the ground an away trip to Fulham was like a garden party.

I have to agree that the Ross McCormack deal was an embarrassment, especially when Norwich have just signed Cameron Jerome, a striker with genuine Premiership experience for 1.5 million. McCormack has a fairly unspectacular record at Championship level. In fact, his record is very similar to that of Cameron Jerome when he was playing in the Championship, so we know who has done well and who hasn't.

Fulham are one of those clubs who i always felt, if and when they got relegated they wouldn't be back up in the Premier League for a long while. Can't explain why, there's no proper logic behind it but it's just one of those football feelings. Similar to clubs like Bolton, Watford, Middlesbrough, Wigan and Blackburn i guess. Whereas a West Brom, West Ham, Sunderland, Norwich, QPR or Newcastle Utd have the opposite feel. That kind of, "oh no, they'll be back sooner than we'd like" going on. There are exceptions to this non-logical feeling like Burnley and Hull City for example, but it is a feeling that often transpires to be true. That last bit sounded rate clever init.

Back to the lower leagues where you belong, Fulham They're just a 'Brentford' who won the lottery, and no club should really have a Neutral section either.
