Can anyone honestly tell me when this guy had his last good game for Stoke? Never passes forwards, always slows the play down, Never shoots why is he always first on the team sheet?

Here's my argument on why we should've kept him over the summer, and why he still needs to be in the side. I'd rather plug the article than shout bad words, because that's how I'd normally approach it.

He couldn't pass forward on Saturday because everything was closed off by some excellent Villa tactics
Nzonzi Whelan and virtually the whole team had to keep turning backwards due to lack of options
The other option is just get it forward for the sake of it and lose posession

Man of the match means fuck all given by stoke sponsors. I thought he was shocking. No options up front? Bullshit.
he had Diouf always looking to get in behind, bojan was forever in space unmarked, amazing how he kept finding it. He even started coming get it in midfield second half because the midfield couldn't get it to him.
The test will now come on sunday live on tele (that's if nzonzi and whelan are picked). If they are I hope they both prove me wrong but I worry about those two. Nzonzi and whelan or huddlestone and livermore?
He's that laid back I often forget he's there and goes unnoticed. I want him grab a game by the scruff of the neck and boss it. If he starts doing that great. I've yet to see it often.

Often wondered how much criticism some on here would have if 27000+ watched them at work. Please some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time, but all of the people all of the time? Naaaaah!

You can all come watch me doing my plumbing. I work good and quick all day. Always put a shift in. I work with my tools in front of me. I don't pass them sideways to my mate. I don't dither when I have a joint to solder. And I don't work like I've got a joint in my gob.

and the people who pick M.o.m - almost routinely, pissed out of their brains in some box or corporate lounge somewhere, oblivious to the game they're at

He was excellent away at WBA which was our last league game before Saturday's which I hope answers the opening question.
He wasn't great on Saturday but he never hid and he continually tried to make things happen. Same is true of Bardsley and Arnie, neither of which had great games either.

So that's just about a full house now, Saturdays defeat was Hughes, Bego, Bardsley, Ryan, Wilson, Eric, Arnie, Whelan, Ireland, Diouf and Bojans fault. Gouranga.

There probably isn't another Stoke outfield player (possibly Shawcross) who has had as many 'good' games as N'zonzi. He's been very good for us.
I wonder what some people watch.

Collectively, the whole team weren't quite 'at it'
we all have our scapegoats - mine Was Diouf - thought he was not quite ready to lead the line yet - but there you are
