A fan on Twitter has sent Stoke an official complaint over the Warrior kit advert "Expect Them". Kyle Norbury ?@stokeyle 13h
And if you don't think I'm serious about this matter, take a look. warrior stokecity pic.twitter.com/Qjq2TTP9t9Just what the actual fuck? It's got to be a wind-up surely? His replies on Twitter to other fans don't suggest that it is though. Sad really.

Wow!
That's either the best wind up ever or someone definitely needs to get out more.

Hey he has a point though, some of us pay bloody good money to watch the matches after all without those buggers on the bank getting it on the sly!

He spelt our stadium name wrong.
Says all I need to know about the blokes thoughts on any matter; worthless.

"A gang committing the criminal offence of "loitering with intent""
So let's arrest everyone that stands outside the Brit next season then. What a mard arse.

That letter is embarrassing. The man or woman who penned it has an overactive imagination and way too much time on their hands.

Jesus wept is this guy for real. I'm hardly going to go up town and buy a stone island jumper and stand outside the Brit looking menacing and shout obscenities to kids and grannies.
Get a life you idiot.

"A gang committing the criminal offence of "loitering with intent"" So let's arrest everyone that stands outside the Brit next season then. What a mard arse. I presume that the figures are supposed to be outside the stadium so I am struggling to see why he says they are illegal. What is illegal about watching an event from outside the stadium? I remember being on the Chester City walls once and looking down on Chester races. Exactly what law was I breaking? I suspect it is a wind up - no one could possibly be as thick as this guy appears to be - apart from (possibly) a Vale fan.

It might not even be a match day for all he knows. Isn't there a bus stop on that corner anyway?

It's a fairly poorly written wind up.
Less is more with these kind of things and the author has just kept piling it on to make up for his lack of dexterity with the language.
He has made the basic error of mistaking the flapping of wings for the motion of flight.

Slightly off topic and sorry for being a bit thick ... but what actually does the ad mean, what is it trying to portray, I don't get it?

Hooliganism, freeloading and criminal activity apparently

I was kidding around, obviously. I've always seen it as an opposing team "Expecting" our fans ("Them") to be loud. Plays on our media stereotype of being hostile. Just my view of it, I could be completely wrong. It would be interesting to see what Warrior had in mind considering they went into details about how they came to the design of our kits.

Honestly saw the picture and assumed it was supporters walking to a night game. Of course this would all be a mute point if they just filled in the damn corners!

If you try saying the words out loud in a sort of OTT American accent like you'd hear on a "B" Movie trailer, it might make more sense. Its just playing around with words. "A man, barely alive - we CAN rebuild him" "To BOLDLY go where no man has been before"

I've studied the complaint thoroughly. I've examined every point in detail and consulted widely with legal and social experts. Thus, I have been able to isolate the real problem; the guy who wrote it is a wanker.
