www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28488656 "You can only beat what's in front of you," Norwich boss Neil Adams said after a 13-0 pre-season win... The only problem was they did not know what was in front of them. The Canaries have apologised to Italian side Saint-Christophe Vallee d'Aoste after a case of mistaken team identity saw them claim to have hammered the Serie D outfit. Norwich - relegated to the Championship last season - were due to face Italian Serie C side Novara as part of a training camp in the country, but the fixture was cancelled. Replacement opponents were drafted in and Norwich took to their website after the meeting to report a double-figure success over Saint-Christophe Vallee d'Aoste on Sunday. However, after the fourth tier club pointed out that they had not played any match against Norwich, it turned out that the Canaries had in fact faced a "regional select side" from Italy's Aosta region.

How many did Redmond score? That is my only interest in this story. Well, apart from the fact that I have had a few superb skiing holidays in the resorts above the Aosta valley.

All thirteen goals were scored by a different player, with all three subs on the scoresheet. It goes without saying that the only player who didn't find the net was Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

Why do their kits change? Yeah, bang on. Non Story or dodgy film at least... How is it a non-story and how is it a "dodgy film"? It's a story because it's unusual and the opposition changed kit and players at half time. Why, i don't know. The film isn't dodgy, it's actual footage of a football match that took place.

It's not as impressive as North Korea's 20-0 win over Germany in the World Cup final.
