Morgan Schneiderlin has handed in a transfer request. No surprise there then.

They could be but they've got a shit load of cash and if they spend it wisely.... Tadic should be a good signing, Pelle though I aren't convinced. It will be tough for them but they Cork who is a good DM and Ward-Prowse who is only going to get better to replace Lallana. It's going to be interesting for them for sure. Thing is every man and his dog know they have a shit load of cash

"Bye, Rickie! All the best, Adam! See you, Dejan! Good luck, Morgan...!" That statue is hideous. Stick a few strings on and it could be a dodgy character in Thunderbirds.

It was supposed to be of Ted Bates, [ long serving manager and player] There was uproar with it, was taken down, replaced with a much more look alike

Can't believe they are tipped to go down above teams like west brom, villa, burnley. With the money they have now and a new manager who's already brought in two seemingly decent players from the eredivisie they have the tools to rebuild a squad good enough to at least steer clear of the drop and finish mid table. Interested in strong players like Forster, Redmond, vlaar, and Bertrand. I can see them being okay in the end

Whilst on paper they should be okay if they make the signings, they are a good bet for the drop, they have lost the core of their squad and will now have to gel a near enough fresh starting 11 in time for the season, if they don't get off to a good start they will be in trouble.
Their success was built on the talent they have now sold, if they don't replace and gel these players quick enough they will go down, just a lot richer for their time in the prem.

Also with every other club knowing that they have shed loads of cash burning an hole in their pocket, It's going to be difficult replacing virtually a whole team.

Paddy power are offering a season match bet Stoke v Soton ie. who will finish higher.
Soton 4/5 Stoke 10/11
Now that strikes me as a very tempting bet.

I think they'll be fine. Koeman is a good coach and he will replace the outgoings with solid pro's that can do a job.
It might take a while to settle down but they'll be fine.
I fancy Leicester, West Brom and Hull.

I can't see past Villa this year. Senderos and Cole are two very underwelming signings and the fans seem to be after the chairman's head before the season has even started. It all depends on if Benteke can stay fit or not.

West Ham is poisonous right now - they could be another if BFS goes to war with the dildo meisters... :-)

I can see Southampton going on a mad deadline day spending spree and ending up with a few gems but also a few piss-poor players. I do not think they will struggle though, they have still got quality players such as Cork, Clyne, Ramirez and Wanyama, they've bought in a couple of decent players, they probably have one or two potential stars lurking in the academy who might break through this season and, of course, they have a highly rated new manager. I don't reckon they will be anywhere as good as they were last season but they will be comfortably mid-table.

Well, he died after N'Zonzi breathed on him, but the Soton physio took a sample of dna and produced a clone the next day.

I'm rubbish at odds but does that table put Stoke to be the least likely of all the rest to be relegated?

Stick £35 on us to go down. If the worse happens, your season ticket is paid for next year.
