* If you are staying in your same seat from last year and your age band hasn't changed (U21's, adult, OAP etc) - you keep your existing card * If you have changed seats or you've gone from U21s to Adult or Adult to OAP - you get a new card Well, just to add confusion... see my previous post. I have kept the same seat, my age band hasn't changed - and i've been sent a new card. My ST last year was a half ST from Xmas, but it was identical in looks to a full ST - had the block, row and seat number on it. there is your answer then you are a new season (not half-season) ticket holder

Just had a new sent this morning. Very strange as I want told along with others on this thread that the old card would just be loaded up with the new season games. Very bizarre.

I bought Betis tickets yesterday and got though to a girl who sounded like she knew what she was on about and apparantly the new season tickets are for those who had 16 game cards last yr because those cards were set to have no more than 16 games on so need a new one for the coming season

The card has a barcode that is scanned at the turnstile and the computer linked to the scanner says yes or no if that card is eligible for entry. The data is stored on the computer.

Lo and behold my new season card arrived, Boothen. I have not moved age group, not moved seat, simply renewed my full ST back in March. New one looks exactly like the old one.
I'll take both cards along. Am used to being confused with this system, last year my cup games didn't get loaded, won't bother trying this year.

With new season ahead . Will the club inform us that season card load up new season. They did put it on the website some months ago - although it would be sensible to repeat the advice.

Following last season’s record breaking Barclays Premier League campaign, everybody at Stoke City Football Club looks forward to welcoming you back to the Britannia Stadium over the course of the 2014/15 campaign.
Please take the time to read the important information regarding your 2014/15 season card:
If you were a full season card holder for the entirety of last season and your seat and age band has remained the same, then your season card will automatically be activated for the forthcoming 2014/15 campaign. Therefore you will not have been issued a new card.
Regarding supporters who were half or 16-game season card holders during the 2013/14 season, you should have received your new full 2014/15 Season Card which is ready for use this weekend.
Likewise, new season card holders or those whose seat or age band details have changed from 2013/14 should also have received their new 2014/15 season card through the post.
As ever on matchdays, we are expecting a high turnout and we would also advise you to turn up early in order for us to enable quick and smooth access into the Britannia Stadium.
If you have any queries, have not yet provided your proof of concession, have lost your season card or are yet to receive your 2014/15 season card please call the ticket office urgently on 01782 367599.
Once again, everybody at Stoke City Football Club - nobody more so than manager Mark Hughes and his first team players – wish to thank you for your continued and tremendous support.
We hope you enjoy the experience of the Britannia Stadium as we enter our seventh consecutive season of Barclays Premier League football.
Come on you Potters!
