I'd trade him for Cameron Jerome, give him the benefit of our 'excellent' facilities. West Ham will need to spend on a striker, or loan one pronto. The bubbles are bursting. I quite like the idea of them starting their first season at the Olympic stadium playing in the championship. Not going to lie, but I would absolutely spunk myself all over the insides of my knickers if West Ham got relegated this season. They won the World Cup y'know?

Aren't these Andy Carroll 'injuries' allegedly a euphemism for rehab? They tried to make him go to rehab, He said something that was very difficult to make out with that stupid fookin accent and the ten bottles of Newcastle Brown he'd just floored.

And all those so called experts wanted the lanky streak of piss to go to Brazil. He has been linked with a £14 million return to Newcastlle. He ain't worth 14 fucking pence. And of course those 'so called experts' were proven completely wrong by the quality of player who went to Brazil instead weren't they ?

He's a real threat when fit and would have been perfect in a Pulis team, unfortunately (for West Ham, Andy Carroll and England) he hasn't been fit for the past few seasons. I'd like to see him get fit and put a few past Liverpool every season, the way he was treated when Rodgers joined was appalling.

Deja Vu for West Ham this season - AC crocked - who would have guessed and a different ankle this time apparently. Got to agree that'll he'll likely turn into Dean Ashton MK11 (with less talent) and end up retiring early. Sullivan signing players Sam doesn't want - Zarate, Valencia - And open warfare through the media from our owners regarding Sam's style of play to appease the support. Just wish they'd shut the f--k up or sack him. Exciting times

With FFP it's even more frustrating as you can't replace him without breaching that's unless your QPR. Do you think Sam will stay Hammered I think they're getting close to a very big fight between Sam and G and S. Gold seems Ok but Sullivans an odd character I cant believe he let's his little lad leak out info

After uncle Avram almost anyone was better but he's delivered the remit etc.. Support are fed up (Pulis) but it'd be nice to see some improvement in play which he can do with better players (Bolton). Personally I think he's deadman walking with a stand-off between him and the owners. They want him gone (at least Sullivan does) but he won't walk and they don't want to pay his contract off.

The problem is that Sam's built his whole attack around the Carroll/Nolan axis and the creative players rarely get seen in a system that suits them (Morrision etc..). Carroll actually has more to his game as well which he's rarely been able to show under current tactics. And Carroll has still got another 5 years of his contract!! Having little Jack as our official PR is also a bit low rent - but at least what he says genuine ITK.

Read a report this morning Hammered of Sullivan slagging Sam off for telling Morrison he wasn't part of his plans. Says the Board want to give him a new contract and see him as a huge part of West Ham's future but what's the point if the manager isn't going to play him.
Don't sound good mate and, I agree, Sam's on borrowed time.

WHU make me laugh, there's always infighting going on whether it's owners, supporters or the manager. It's like an episode of EastEnders, it's just how they are in the East End .Sam will surely go before long and they really deserve to get relegated .

Yeah I get what you mean, I do have to say it looks remarkably similar to the conclusion of Tony's time here, but if they are buying players behind his back that's not on.

Interesting post Homer and your knowledge of the east-end and West Ham admirable - but I think you'll find the teams that deserve to and get relegated are the ones finishing in the bottom 3. Sam I think will go - but not until there's been a poor start to the season and some more mud slinging from the owners!!

well done Allardyce, 17 million on a sicknote. I hope their new foreign striker flops too, Allardyce gone early because of the money he has spunked in comes Di Canio hopefully to puty the final nail in the coffin

You do wonder where he fits in with this new West Ham philosophy it's not like the new boys are lacking.

On his day, he is a fantastic footballer. Big, powerful, aaard as nails with a beauty of a left peg to boot and still relatively young. I wouldn't be too unhappy with us signing him, as long as he didn't cost us a bomb on wages/fee, he proved his fitness and he worked his bollocks off for the cause.

Not quite the same as Crouch though is he, tall and thats pretty much where the similarities end, Crouch has a much better touch which is why he's becoming such a big part of the team, and he usually stays fit.

i think the move to liverpool including rogers hounding him out ruined him

Unbelievable to think Crouch's England career ended a few years ago because Woy preferred Carroll.
