I thought he was awful when he came on Saturday, except from his goals he goes missing far to easy, we haven't really missed him whilst he has been injured. Rather focus on a striker in all fairness.
However if he does sign I can Imagine Odemwingie up top next season.

I like him offers something a bit different but needs to be more direct does have a habit of over doing it.

He's hit and miss like most wingers are. But as cover, or to keep others on their toes, or as an impact sub, I think he'd be ideal.

I aren't his biggest fan and aren't really bothered whether we sign him or not but I thought he made excellent sub appearances both at Cardiff and v the Cheats. Nothing really to complain about from Saturday in my opinion. He did well.

He has pace, can beat his man and has goals in him, excellent squad player, I'd sign him.

He's different to other wingers in his price bracket so for that reason I'd sign him

I personally think that he offers pace, skill and an outlet. For cheap. He can shoot and change direction fast and goes at defensive players as he is a good attacking player. Easy squad addition for me. He does go missing but who hasn't in a Stoke shirt this season the front of the field... PO Crouch Walters Arnie Ireland...

None of the quotes actually say Hughes wants him, just that they haven't spoken about his future?

Personally I think he would be a very good signing, so fingers crossed for me.

Has no pace whatsoever, can't beat a man on the outside, can't cross the ball and shows little invention with his passing.
We can do much better than Assaidi.

None of the quotes actually say Hughes wants him, just that they haven't spoken about his future? Liverpool is too busy focusing on the title. We will probably have a answer early in the break on would imagine. I think Hughes likes him as an option as have I since we first got him. Always rated him an a "unique" impact player in certain games. He was doing it at Heerveenen where I first saw him.

I dont really think he did anything apart from lose the ball after he had done to much , he didnt have that much impact,he was ok against Cardiff though.

How many games has he played and he still hasn't beaten anyone on the outside. All he does is cut inside and now that has been sussed by opponents he is totally ineffective. He was dreadful on Saturday and just as bad at Cardiff.

He was dreadful on Saturday and just as bad at Cardiff. He has beaten several players on the outside and had no support several times this season. But his game is to cut inside, and play one twos it always has been. He was criticized for not creating chances but had pace. Now its the opposite? One or two games and he's shit huh? Christ alive.

He should have scored last week but that aside, his appearance was a very good one. He beat both Coleman and Baines down the outside v Everton as well so whilst I get your point, it is harsh in the extreme. I wouldn't be spending big money on him but he's been a useful loan signing and would be a useful permanent signing at the right price.

And this is why you have the reputation as the board idiot. Assaidi is the fastest player in the squad, beats his man regularly, is the most skillful player in the squad, can cross (tends not to) and can score a goal. From someone who claimed Delap was fast your post is absolutely astonishing. Or perhaps it isn't, as both posts are completely idiotic. (you're an idiot)

He would be a very good signing for us.
He' has pace and enjoys running at defenders.

Sign him up. Immediately.
We've only got him and Arnie as decent wide players. Shea's shite, Matty's off, Walters' time has come and PO is better being more central next to our new big time striker............and then there's Kightly.
Sign him up.

I think he would be a cracking signing. Good cover when he's not playing as an impact sub and he would do fine when he plays. I was unconvinced by him at first but as he's gotten used to playing regularly he has gotten better
