Been impressed with Colback today.
Shame he's off to Newcastle. He could have been a tidy addition to the squad on a free.

Stadium announcement at next Cardiff home game ......
"Will fans please refrain from coming on the pitch at the final whistle ....allowing the players to wander off to 2nd tier oblivion....."

Wonder how Jones must be feeling, great swap deal! He'll probably text the manager first game of next season "Got a head cold, may be out for 10 months"

Suppose you've got to take your hat off to Sunderland. They've looked a very decent team recently.

At ten men Kenwyne Jones is the last player I would have on the pitch if I were the sheep shaggers.

Cardiff look really poor.
How much did Mr Tan reckon they had spent on new players?

That's Cardiff down then.
Would love us sign Caulker. Him and Shawcross at the heart of the defence would really push us to the next level.

If Sunderland survive - the team finishing in 18th have every right to be aggrieved as Sunderland got one of their points v Southampton playing with a non registered player!!!!!
They should have had points deduced as well as their hefty fine imo.
So glad we are clear of the scramble
Our results against the bottom 6 however are a bit of a concern
Total of 13 points from a potential 30
v Sunderland 3 points v Villa 6 points v Norwich 1 point v Cardiff 2 points v WBA 1 point (from 1 game at home) v Fulham 0 points (from 1 game away)
Let's hope we can get 6 from our final 2 games

At ten men Kenwyne Jones is the last player I would have on the pitch if I were the sheep shaggers. Was thinking the same thing. If you needed a goal to get vital win and Jones came on I'd think you were a tad optimistic but bringing him on 3-0 down in a game you must win is a bit like a Christmas Turkey writing a happy new year card

According to BBC match report Cardiff had Juan Cala sent off. In the match summary it says Torres Ruiz was red carded. Are they the same player if so why has he got two names? Is it a tax dodge or just to confuse match officials or are they different players and BBC fucked up the report? Anybody ?
