There's two questions here. How much do you reckon you spend in total (tickets, catering, merchandise, transport and parking) and how much the club actually gets from you as a customer. In my case, it's £399 ST + c.£200 catering + c.£50 merchandise + £600 fuel + £20 parking. Add on an average of about two away games a season (that's another £100 or so) and that adds up to about £1300 a year. Of that, about £650 goes to the club. Dunna tell the missus .

Home games cost me more than away but probably average £100 a game plus drink and food. Been about 10 games this year so about a grand ...ish. Then I normally pay for my kids on the few occasions I take them so probably nearer 2 grand actually

Very similar figures for me. A lot depends upon how the car sharing goes and (when I use my car) how many passengers I have. Also the number of away games is variable. I've usually reckoned that a season costs be between £1,000 and £1,500 of which the season ticket cost, Delilahs membership a bit of merchandise goes to the club. You can knock off the catering, Linx, that is franchised out.

Nowhere near as much as I used to. The height was mid to late 90s, 30 odd games travelling from London using exclusively the train, no season ticket, paying matchday prices and I'm also a thirsty kind of chap. I dread to think how much I did over those five years or so.
Now its a season ticket minimal travel costs and 5 or 6 away games max.

Linx. As little as possible but then you would have expected nothing else! A season ticket, a gallon of petrol a match & a one-third share of a car park ticket and lots of heartache and frustration is my usual yearly expenditure. As for catering I have a flask, a bag of sweets and some aniseed balls in the car to keep hunger and thirst at bay in the long hours spent on the South Car Park. I do recall my Dad buying something hot and brownish in a plastic cup one day when it was cold & snowing and we were sitting in the Butler Street Stand but that would be the last "in-ground" purchase. ( Pej scored from near the halfway line that day against Wolves, which would make it 14th Feb 1970). It runs in the family!

I only watch a couple of games every year! Despite this I must pay for the plane tickets from Trondheim for my wife and myself, hotels in England, train tickets of course and match tickets. Anyway I like going to England and Stoke so I feel it's money well spent! I also spend money to watch Stoke on TV!

£499 st £300 on average away games £100 fuel/parking £100 merchandise
My best mate on the other hand, been to every away match since 95, including every Europa (and even paying for the flight to Israel twice because he missed his first flight because of traffic to Heathrow). He cant even tell us how much hes spent! I went every away game with him for 6 seasons but stopped when I bought my first house. Needless to say hes still living at home with his parents at 34

Only done one home game this season. Just don't think it's value for money unless you have a ST (which I haven't got this season due to work).
Done 6-7 away games and usually spend about 100 each time.
I'll be going Fulham and West Brom so around 800-850 this season

ST 399. Most home games on the train + breakfast & beer = approx £60 per game. Away days approx £100 for the day although Arsenal turned into a weekend in London after game moved so about £200 for the weekend. A fair few quid spent on Stoke but only about 500 at a push given to them.

My lady would divorce me if I told her the real cost for home and away games, At least £80 for a home game and I have season tickets for me and my lad,
Away games around £160 I do around 6-8 games,
Tops for my lad, tracksuit etc
Wouldnt swap my match days for anything

I'm a bit of a tight arse when it comes to Stoke throw in my ST, one or two bits of training wear and the odd brovil in the winter months. I reckon the club get about £400 maybe a tad more from me a season.

Most of what I spend doesn't actually go to the club. £349 for ST, odd cup tickets, new shirt for the lad and one for me. A few beers at the rugby club and an Oatie. Away: Cardiff cost £69 hotel plus around £60 on food and same or more on booze (company car so fuel free, but the tax costs me £3k plus per year) Average 2 away weekends per season plus 90%+ of away matches...I guess £1800 away plus the ST etc comes to aound £2,400...good job I gave up golf!!

STs for me and my boys was £509 this year. Just ordered 2 Warrior kits at £182. Few cup games ?£80. Walk to the match, take some snap.
Well worth it this season.
Izaak says, "wot they singing about Wenger, Dad?"
"Same songs you can sing when you can afford to buy your own ticket lad."

From now on, it'll be nothing, but up to now, just my season ticket, so £344. never bought a programme, never bought any merchandise, occasionally bought a Bovril in the middle of winter. Walk to the ground, so no car parking or travel costs. Never been an away traveller, so that's been it. Used to buy an Oatcake until a couple of seasons back, then it just seemed to turn to shit, so I gave up on that as well.

I pay for my wife to go shopping every home game so I can watch the games in peace. She easily spends £300 each game so maybe £8000
