Really like Leeroy Fer but he plays in the Ireland/ Adam role so can't see us going for him.

I'd go for Redmond for sure. You are struggling at Fulham for a player that would improve us. Same for Sunderland, i'd like Borini if Liverpool end up selling him after this season, he hasn't stated his case of why he would go back there and be a first teamer. I'd take Caulker, Medel and Daehli from Cardiff

Medel amazed me yesterday how short, fat and poor he was. Mainly the short and fatness tbh. He was like an oompa lumpa.

Redmond is very good mates with Butland too. Whether that would influence a deal who knows, maybe depends on Butland's position come next season.
But Redmond is going to be mustard in 2-3 seasons.

Redmond would fit perfectly with our new DNA requirements.
A young exciting footballer with his best years in front of him.

The idea, as pie in the sky as it may be, of signing Steven Caulker and having Shawcross and Caulker as our 2 Centre Halves does excite me quite a lot. Would be extremely happy to see that happen.

I've always liked Johnson at Norwich. He would be a good squad replacement for Palacios.

Only 5 teams fighting it out now as I can see it: Sland, Cardiff, Fulham, Norwich and WBA. There certainly are some wingers in those teams that are interesting (Dæhli, Adam Jonson, Snodgras, Redmon, Dejaga. When it comes to strikers not many I would like here to be honest, but maybe Behraino at WBA. If I should pick one of the right backs from these teams I think I'd choose Bardsley at Sland.

Think the expected transfer fee for Caulker would be too much. Me too if i'm honest, if Cardiff are to go down then i can't see him staying there to play Championship football. Then again he may well do, when Newcastle went down they retained a hell of a lot more players than i thought they would. So if he did leave in summer, he's a 22 year old future England international who cost Cardiff over £8m. Hmmm, it'd be some hefty cash paid out to land him. I have my heart set on it though
