Crystal Pulis have some tough fixtures now, even at home I can't see them getting anything more than a draw against title chasing Chelski and Liverfool i bet they beat chelski

something amused you Stafford? Not you dear. It just makes me laugh how people get their knickers in a twist if you mention Palace or Mr Pulis. The OP was just making a valid point and nobody would have moaned if it was any other team.

Fair play to them, although there is fuck all we can do about it apart from concentrate on our own games. H Absolutely, if they finish above us it really doesn't matter a jot in the real world does it. We've had a terrific season in the end and Tone has done a fantastic job. In a match bet next season I'd price us up at 3-1 on to finish above them mind.

There was another thread about how we fell away towards the end of every season under Pulis and here they are storming up the table like world beaters.
Funny old game football

Let's be positive, Stoke's final position is in their own hands not Palace's.
Good luck to Palace, I wish TP every success, but I want MH to be more successful. Palace's good run is keeping the spotlight off Stoke, which isn't a bad thing. Let the media be obsessed with them, while no-one quite believes how good Stoke are now.

Fuck the previous manager! He has done an amazing job there though, to be fair TP is a scrapper, an underdog. The Palace job suited him perfectly. And I believe LMH suits us perfectly. I'm more than happy with how we've moved forward

It's happened a lot lately as they have gathered ground on us, so people can moan because it's becoming a reoccurrence, is there a thread about us catching Newcastle and moving forward. Nah didn't think so, keep moaning lads.

Our job is to overtake Newcastle. Do-able.
Palace to catch us? Doubt it.

A single point behind us now with 3 games remaining. Please god no! If a team takes care of their own business then there is no need to worry about anyone else now is there ?

I don't care. Just glad I'm not watching pulis long ball shit. I agree. Pulis's departure was nothing to do with our final position (although we had stagnated) and everything to do with style of play. I wish him the best at Palace but would be no more disappointed if they finish above us than anyone else

It's not only some of our fans that get wound up by the Pulis threads, I've just been on Sunderlands and some of their fans are fed up of seeing Pulis threads on their MB too.

Credit to TP for the job he has done at Palace this season and for all he did as our manager. However, we are having one of our most entertaining seasons in a long while and Mark Hughes is doing a superb job here. Are we in danger of letting all the good things we have seen this season become overshadowed by worrying about whether our previous manager will finish higher than us?

Fuck Pulis, and Fuck Palace. I wonder how long the Palace love in will go on, once he gets in his usual plodders. The fans reckon they are playing some good stuff with pace in the side. The thing is it isn't really his team,it's Holloways with a bit of tinkering and tactical nous. Let's see where they are when he has put his mark on the team. I reckon they've peaked this season

Fuck Pulis, and Fuck Palace. I wonder how long the Palace love in will go on, once he gets in his usual plodders. palace are in the good times right now - we all know Pulis could put a run of wins together, but by the same token we know that the first hurdle they smack into will result in 2-3 months of ultra-negative Pulisball. As it was, as it ever shall be. Im waiting for that time to cash in on under 1.5's, while actually enjoying watching Stoke play again. Anyone that wants to wank themselves into a frenzy over an ex manager winning a few games with a new club is free to do so, but since we've lost 1 and won 5 of the last 8 its a bit pathetic when they keep trying to play an "I told you so" card on here as has been happening in the last 4 or 5 days.
