My son lives in Milton Keynes and gets back when he can to watch the lads with me.He made it to the West Ham game. .Now let me make it clear from the start that together we know nowt about betting and he put a bet on an "accumulator"where 5 teams needed to win.At full time 4 had come up, the last one relied on Villa beating Chelsea which was a 5.30 k.o. We had not a clue how much he had won for his £5 stake. He preferred not to wait until II took his slip in at the next home game so registered on line with them.He got an email telling him that he had won £266!!!This was credited to his account, he claimed it back , his account went to zero which was in the week following the game.
Despite several phone calls each week he has still not received the money, they are claiming a 3rd party pays out for them;that his bank details were wrong etc.
Our next move is to contact the Gaming Commission; his local Trading Standards Office. He`s also going to put the minimum credit of £10 on his account and if that works it`ll prove that the link is OK and then have another go at them.
Any advice please from more experienced betters out there would be much appreciated.

How did he claim the funds? UK Bankwire? Has he got a copy of the details he sent to betbutler?

You'll never know how genuine any bookmaker is until it comes to paying out.
Whilst it's a small sum of money to a bookmaker they're under no obligation to pay out. However if they do not then they wouldn't have a business for long.

Also mate I don't think that many people realise that some bookies have a maximum pay out limit Off track I know but relevant
