Just done it online for early bird. Very nearly didn't bother re newing but started to enjoy it a little bit more recently. Good lad.

Is today the last day if you want to keep the same seat? Im trying to do mine online now and my seat is 'greyed' out and shown as unavailable.

Dont know if anyone else is having problems but trying to renew online now, (very last minute i know but finances dictate). If the last chance to secure your seat is 12:00 tonight i should be able to do it, unfortunately i cant select my current seat when i try to renew.

If you have tried to buy on finance at any point and stopped half way through for any reason it locks and has to be released by operator. Suppose you have buy another and swap, it in morning

I just logged in my account using my season ticket number and re newed. It automatically gives u the seat you have now so shouldn't be a problem mate

I presume you are managing to login ok? Is the system recognising you? Keep trying - if you have no joy by midnight then, hopefully, you'll be able to persuade them to sort you out over the phone tomorrow morning if you tell them the story.

It aint working for me, dunno what im doing wrong send them an email before midnight so they know you're genuine and then back it up with a phone call first thing tomorrow and they'll honour the early bird price. My mate had a similar problem last year and they sorted him and to be fair they only had his word that he'd been trying.....

Lee are in the correct page mate, when I went online to renew my seat I just ticked a box next to my name which had my seat details listed next to it. Never saw a pic of mine or any seats for that matter. Im guessing if your seeing that you've gone into it via a different route as it'll be showing greyed out cause its reserved for you! Keep trying mate

Who would i need to email? I had the exact same problem mate. The site would let me log in, but no seat details would come up apart from "choose seat". I ended up phoning to renew, they said quite a few people had experienced the same thing

Any online problems last that could not be resolved then don't be put off just ring the club or go up in person and explain the situation this morning and they will accept late deals that were not concluded....
They won't turn down 100s & 100s of pounds by a few hours because the website stalled because it's there fault!
