Twitter was created 8 years ago yesterday. This means that no Arsenal fan has ever tweeted about winning a trophy. I approve of this stat! On the same note can't ever remember texting on my mobile or emailing that Stoke had ever won a trophy.

This is almost as good as stoke winning Arsenal have the second highest amount of reds over the last 3 seasons and no we're not first

Do you want to see some mad stats (from before today)? Of course you do. Surprised it's as close as that. man Utd were shit when SAF came in so he spent 250 games getting some decent players in and building a squad. Wenger already had a great defence and Bergkamp upfront

I approve of this stat! On the same note can't ever remember texting on my mobile or emailing that Stoke had ever won a trophy. Is a good point - In fact, when you think about it, very few clubs have! (That should not take away from the Arse stat, mind! ) About 18 months too early for me and internet and mobile phones - I got both in summer 1994 HT 4-0 Magic stuff. Marriner wants knighting as well

Oxlade-Chamberlain Gibbs shouldn't have even been sent off if the letter of the law was applied What a bizarre rule.

Can you imagine the scene inside the Arsenal changing room as they search around frantically for something to use as a white flag?

Oxlade-Chamberlain Gibbs shouldn't have even been sent off if the letter of the law was applied What a bizarre rule. Correct as the ball was going out. Time for the fourth official to have a video replay. We have had a few bad decions go against us this season. It shouldn't delay the game as in this case it took a while before the player went off and could have been corrected before the penalty was taken

Andre Marriner, what a cock! Didn't spot the handball, and then sends off the wrong man. Shouldn't be allowed to referee again. To be fair, he was speaking to the assistant ref before he sent Gibbs off. I think the assistant ref has told him the wrong player to be shown red. I was wrong: 13:48: BBC Radio 5 live Confusion confusion... John Southall, 5 live reporter, at Stamford Bridge: "One of our colleagues from television has been in at half-time and spoken to referee Andre Marriner, and he has admitted that he made a mistake and sent the wrong player off - Kieran Gibbs instead of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. "Originally we thought the linesman may have guided him and told him that it was Gibbs, but Marriner has cleared it up - he says it was his mistake, he got the wrong player and sent him off."

I can only imagine that Jose fired his lot up by reminding them that they have the mighty Potters in a fortnight, and they need to fill their boots today because they can't take owt for granted against us.
