I've seen 4 of those play in the lower leagues. Liverpool? You must be older than me I probably am, but it doesn't seem all that long ago to me

I'm not sure that you can say that in such an even league, especially when we do not have a regular goalscorer , we need to keep the points moving along now , and not have another bad spell

A very up and down season - we are quite capable of beating most teams but also equally capable of losing to anyone too. It's exciting to watch in general, but we seem to have some sort of defensive balls up in every single game - the minute the ball is anywhere near our box, it's very nervy. Hopefully a win on Wednesday and we won't be too far away then

No one is "too good" to go down There is a difference between a club like Newcastle or west ham being to big to go down Stoke have played well most games, teams that play well most games do not go down We have been too good for the most part to go down

Indeed.
Now that Mark Hulis has finally grasped Hulisball then we seem to be in far better shape.

There is a definite change of mood on the boards when we fluctuate between mid table and the bottom three but of course that is only natural. I would like to think we have done well in Hughes first season and will secure enough points to stay up.
I also think we would be sitting alongside the points tally of Newcastle and Southampton if:-
1) We hadn't lost Huth 2) The form of N'Zonzi, Adam and Walters was better (particularly Walters who keeps being selected) 3) We had movement up front like we've had for the last couple of games.
I also quite fancy us against Arsenal!

We should manage to stay in the league, but it should have been more comfortable than it is looking right now. We need to break away from the strugglers, but not looking likely for a while.
