Gutting he can't play against Lpool.
Where will our attacking threat come from?!

We could do with Rodgers telling him that he's not part of his plans ASAP.

I'd be surprised if they were willing to let him go. Would love him here permanently though.

I could be wrong, but I think he is being sarcastic from the Phil Heath thread last week. Fair play. If I've had a sense of humour bypass there then I apologise. That feels like a major catch getting Smudge

He's been our best attacking threat for the last 5 games, I really don't get why some people on here don't think he's good enough for us.

We could do with Rodgers telling him that he's not part of his plans ASAP. This. It'll take rejection by them for him to give us a chance, would love to think we'd be his first choice if that happened but the lad knows how good he is, that's what I relaly like about him.

He's definitely improving a lot. I thought he had a good game but probably could have a done a little better in terms of end product. It was defensively that he impressed me the most today though.
It would be nice if we could sign this lad up permanently.

His tracking back was excellent today and he was most certainly our most offensive threat going forward ... indeed his contribution was the complete opposite to the fella on the right hand flank.

Looks like I was wrong and I suspect that confidence after a run of games playing a big part. He was excellent today - he just needs a better left foot now. He has definitely improved over the past couple of weeks, but I can't see him having a future at Liverpool. If there's an option on him he's worth a punt and adds something to our otherwise very week attack.

He seems to want to work and learn and the more games he is getting is helping him a lot , would love him to stay but if its just the season fair enough , dont see him as a liverpool starter though

He seems to be getting his confidence up and he is our main threat right now. His crossing is pretty woeful to he honest but he he continues to be direct and get his shots off he'll do for me.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd virtually written Assaidi off, but what I've seen these last few weeks makes me think I was wrong to do so. He's starting to look like he might have a future at this level- although it certainly wouldn't be at Liverpool. He's by far our best option out wide at the moment, so let's hope he can keep it going until the end of the season. Well played Ozzie!
