It is in the interest of fashion houses to introduces new fashion at regular intervals to sell more product! Or, alternatively, football fans have decided to copy the, admittedly spectacular, atmosphere of some foreign club grounds such as those in Croatia and Turkey. The fact that flares are illegal in English grounds is probably more of an incentive than a disincentive to the moronic minority.

It's like saying that your hobbies include "Going to the Gym" "Going to Festivals" "Getting tattoos" "Zumba" and that you love "banter"
These things come and then they go.

Over the last, let's say 7 years, tattoos have become such a fashionable thing however as you quite rightly say they're there for life. I'm not against having tattoos at all and i'm not having a pop but it'll be odd in 40 years when we have every OAP wandering about with a faded and wrinkly meaningless poem written up their back. "Live each day like a butterfly with wings" So profound

They've been 'fashionable again' since the beginning of last season. They're actually reducing in popularity now probably due to the stewards and police being switched on to them and large bans being handed out.

Largely due to the ever-increasing numbers of dickheads, wankers, bellends and general fuckwits.

I got a tattoo the other day which says 'Nihil enim manet in æternum' which is Latin for 'Nothing lasts forever' Death does. Apparently there's this book knocking around that says it doesn't. Two very well dressed and polite gentlemen knocked on my door last night and told me allllllll about it

Fashionable again yes, but not for long! The FA and Premier League have come out today to launch a new anti-flare campaign.
