The link above doesn't work for me either - I get a message saying the domain name has expired. But the facebook page on the link below works for me. linkPretty poor show to be honest to give out links which don't work - looks like their web pages and email system need an upgrade URGENTLY.

My Mrs ordered me one last xmas....after it failed to show I contacted a chap on here regarding the order 3-4 times, each time getting a polite response before yet more radio silence and still no t-shirt.
To say I was disappointed with their set up would be an understatement especially as i really liked the look of a lot of there produce.

With out being too cynical, Im getting the feeling this is probably going to be the case for me? NNH has he previously stated has got in touch with me, which is great to finally hear from someone but his response of 'we will get the t-shirt to you ASAP' is a tad vague to say the least. I don't want to tell them how to run the company but surely they should have a standard time it takes to make (if it needs to be made) and a rough idea of how fast it will be posted. Interesting thing is that there seems to be a lot of very happy customers on this thread and a lot of very unhappy customers. Such a mixed bag. Hopefully they will have their bojan range out pre x-mas..

Spam filter is to blame? I don't think so. Indeed - a fallback gmail account whilst moving hosting provider/email provider (both of whom seem to be letting the side down) would appear to be a sensible avenue to mitigate any problems.

I am getting intermittent responses from NNH but still heard nothing back from the website, I'm determined not to lose my money out of principle really.
