15 miles along the welsh Clwydian range this morning, Moel Arthur, Moel Famau etc. probably equates to 20 on a road. Bloody tough going, strong wind and seeing Wrexham in the distance knowing I had to go home after

No problem batting the day out on that pitch ....the Australians are getting too excited about the prospect of winning because they have made a few runs ...premature ..

Had a bit of a break just lately but getting back in to it today, starting with my cycle in to work
Absolutely top efforts from Jonah and Northwich by the way. I get knackered driving them kinds of distances

Have you stepped up the mileage too quickly, it could be lactic acid build up, you should only increase by 10% a week/run, have a sports massage to ease it out. Try taking a gel after about 6 miles

Bloody tough going, strong wind and seeing Wrexham in the distance knowing I had to go home after some of the 'hills' we ran up and down yesterday, it's a lovely place, 5 mile uphill run to get to the top though Mate, those are mountains, not hills. Thanks for the tips.I'm going to stick to 5/6 miles per run this week and go for a longer one on sunday. I'm not stiff now(i've biked to work which is 5 miles)so my legs feel quite limber.

I'm sure the adrenalin and determination will see you through to the finish. I hope so anyway, otherwise you're bollocksed Nah, wish you all the best on that, as I'm sure all of the official Oatcake Running Club do, and keep us all informed

Ive got the Sandstone trail A race and Amsterdam marathon in October
