Think someone at Coral may be having a laugh with some of their inclusions??
Arsene Wenger Clive Woodward Garth Crooks Martin Johnson
Wasn't it Coral that was previously owned by Peter Coates?

I wouldnt read to much into the odds...it doesnt take much of a bet for the bookies to shorten odds on the next manager

The French dude who's chairman Coates met the other week is coming in on the odds, Could there be a left field appointment? Its an interesting one but I can't see Coates going for someone with no Premier League experience. Though Girard has said that he wants to come to England.

If you were a betting man JSU - on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most likely?

The Valencia manager getting linked by an agent on twitter now, you would like to think people don't just pick names from out of the blue but then again this is the media............

Im amazed Martin O'Neil isnt higher in the betting.
Don't read into that it is a plug but he would be very much a Coates type of man.
Im not sure Peter is that sold on Johnny Foriegner managers.

If you were a betting man JSU - on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most likely? You have to believe as I said tonight on air that we have been talking to agents of managers for a bit about this and someone has now agreed to come. Rafa wants a project in England and he can have that here. He wants a club to run from top to bottom without interference he can have that here. Wealthy owner who will back him. Ticks all boxes with me if he thinks he can achieve something here.

12 months ago I would see us going for an O'neil but not that. I really think we are setting up for a change in direction with a 'head coach' type appointment. The likes of do Matteo and Martinez fit the bill whereas old schoolers like o'neil and hughesndo not. I can't see why we would sack Pulis and appoint o'neil. He was doing a worse job at Sunderland than Tone at Stoke. Same goes for Hughes at Qpr.

Its a misconception that O'Neil hasn't played younger players, look at his time at Villa for instance. He's a bigger dinosaur than TP, it'd be disastrous but I could see Coates going for him. I aren't sure he's making the decision though.
