Hairs stood up of the back of my neck as we applauded and singing there's only 1 Paul Ware.

It was brilliant by the stoke (and Norwich) fans. He was from "my era" as a stoke fan, and I only wish that all stoke players wore the shirt how I would. He certainly did.

The Paul Ware tribute before the game and on the 42nd minute was incredibly touching I thought.
I hope we made his family proud.
The Peterborough goal will be forever in our hearts as will Tupper
RIP mate...We'll be with you x

A word for the Norwich fans as well. I sit in the Boothen End and it was quite evident that the Norwich fans clapped as well.
Nice touch I thought.

And well done to the folk in the ground who responded so well.

The only poor note for me was our whole bench and TP couldn't manage to join in. That's not to say they are disrespectful in the slightest but surely one of them could have joined in?

Both tributes were magnificent however the Stoke non playing players who walked to bench during the first one most notably Shea need a lesson in manners and respect And tradition in the only language they seem to understand 2 weeks wages

Although its probably only small consolation to his family IMO Paul Ware stands for all that makes me proud to be a Stoke City supporter.
He may not have made the headlines too often but he wore the shirt with pride and gave his all for the club.
Thanks Paul and RIP

It was a very special, fitting and emotional tribute.
Tupper was a fantastic player and should rightly be held in legendary status. Watching the clips on the big screen really got to me. What a great bloke.
RIP Tupper.

I know that Tracey, Amy and Laura were so touched by the events of today. I'm sure they'll be on at some stage to thank everyone, but they thought it was perfect.
Some days really do put your faith back in mankind don't they?
The send off that a true Stoke favourite deserved. Brilliant stuff.

How brilliant a family are the Ware's that Paul's daughters take the time and trouble to thank Stokies at such a difficult time?
Absolutely inspirational.
