Signing every French defender on the planet smacks of panic! Particularly, when they've got only one good CF!

So the Bar-Codes are set to sign a full back from a French team who are bottom of the league with 12pts from from 21 played & have conceded 37 goals this fella Haidara has played in 17 of these games . A signing that hardly has you shouting with excitement me thinks.
While on about the Bar-Codes latest news is £7m target Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa fails to appear at club for medical .
Newcastle United’s troubles are showing no signs of easing after Montpellier centre-back Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa did not arrive for a planned medical and skipper Fabricio Coloccini failed to resolve his future at a meeting with club officials.
So yes Absolute madness at the Toon again!

Do Newcastle not realise when you are in a relegation fight the place not to sign players is France becuz they surrender so easily.

The obsession with the French at Newcastle is quite strange for me. And they are mostly pretty good except obertan who is average

I Caen see it being a draw again I just hope the Mighty Mighty Poitiers win. There's a lot of pressure on the players in the modern age. They must feel like they're living life through a Lens.

Has anyone seen him play? (more than once) Is he any good? Or is it any left back will do regardless of how good they are? they have to be French.

I'd love every stoke fan do a one match stay away if he doesn't sign a left back this window. We're still waiting for the first in five years and its taking the piss now.
Anyone name me another club in all the English leagues who don't have a left back in their squad?

Considering the problems England have finding decent full backs is it any surprise Stoke have similar issues? It's in seine really

Tony would never sign a French full back as he believes their man making is generally Toulouse. To be honest it really Angers me! Generally in terms of scouting he either concentrates on Sunderland Orleans towards Portsmouth....
