Very sad news RIP little fella, take a ball up there with you
similar thing happened to me about 3 years ago, a lad I coached fell out of his bunk bed and died, next game we had a minute's silence and the ref asked me to do a speech, I could hardly say anything.

27 people die EVERY day on UK roads, and yet people still put their journey before the safety of others for the sake of saving 5 minutes.
Things like this just needn't happen.
