Sangam is an average to good 'indian' in Stoke ffs, hardly the culinary capital of the UK now is it? The fact you suggest Indians would be working for Pakistani's & Bangla's is a pisser in itself. the best place for authentic asian food that ive ever tasted apart from when i have been to kerala is the desi hut on chaplin road in normacot. i defy anyone to eat there or have a take away and then come on here and say any place in stoke on trent serves up better food. i recommend the chopped mutton heart, liver and kidney curry. do you still think im mortal in disguise
