Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it was the minority in this case.

Scum. Utter Scum.
If it was the majority, I would certainly consider a ban on away fans for a considerable period.

So Sam Allardyce didn't hear it from the half way line, but can some how see whether decisions are right or wrong in the penalty area.
How strange

The one chant I can't get over them singing is " Can we stab you every week" . Who in their right mind would sing that . Also I see the club haven't come out & say how sickened they are with it & not apologised.

surprised always had west ham down as a fairly multi-cultural club ... to liken it to some of our fans singing rather strangely about jimmy savile and bobby moore is a bit far.
One is a vile racist slur or songs about some fans badly wounded the other week... the other a odd chant about something that could never happen and held no real meaning.

I said on here previously we travelled to europe last season with mostly no probs but things could have gone wrong, spurs fans found that out to there cost, whu fans are scum for singing that, we should all be able to go support our team without dick heads and cowards ruining it. Having read about our fans singing against Bobby Moore that was not called for, in anyway shape or form hes a national hero i cant see another England captain in my life time lifting a trophy. As for the munich chant years ago most fans on the old boothen end sang it, very wrong but that was a different era, it largely stopped when lou became manager.

When things are football related some people remove their brain. We do need rivalry and we do like a bit of edge but some things that get chanted at football have no place in a civilised society.

Just on schedule with the growing antisemitism in the UK... never hear anti sheikh chants for anti muslim chant's in prem or UK but heck a black man or a Jew be damned... being that half the prem league is now owned by asian businesses it's no shock. ie man city fans waving pro palestine flags pre match politics ruining the bloody game aswell. Fck me Britain is miles from the region who gives a Fck.

It should all be forgotten next week and we can move on but we know it won't because the press and the moral minority will seek to keep it up front and centre for their own motives. It was classless and disrespectful. The original journo was right when he wrote that it shows a lack of education. How you stop obscene crowd chants at football matches is difficult

It was a sizeable proportion of our support that delighted in singing "He shagged Bobby Moore, Jimmy Saville, he shagged Bobby Moore", last Monday evening.
Some people, Stokies included, are simply braindead.

Any anti-semetic stuff is out of order as is all racist chanting - Totally unnacceptable
But
Im 45 and maybe Im from a differeret era but isnt the rest of it classic football banter. Spurs fans were singing 'can we play you every week' - West Ham respoinded with the 'Can we stab you every week' - Distasteful - Yes - but its what has gone on at football since I was a nipper and beyond.
No one got hurt, its just words. The grief we got from the press for booing Ramsay conveniently ignored the fact that the Arsenal fans started it all with their treatment of Shawcross. Are Spurs fans little angels who are exempt from all blame ?
Spurs v West Ham has never been one to invite you nan along to to sing hymns at. I think its great that hooliganism has been reduced to a rare occasion and that football is, in general, a safe place to be but do we need to throw the baby out with the bathwater and sanitise it to a point where no one can stand up, no one can sing or chant and there is no interaction between home and away fans ?
Football or a night at teh opera ? Its your choice !

Its your choice ! if you genuinely think that people being upset and offended by fans singing songs about innocent members of the public who are on their deathbeds after being viciously attacked in the name of football and songs that allude to the holocaust and nazi germany is "Throiwng the baby out of the bathwater" then i genuinely worry about your handle on reality in today's society!!! "i may be from a different era"........one of those often heard phrases which means bugger all but people seem to think it excuses them from anything that goes on nowadays or any of the rules that are NOW commonly held in society......are you still alive? if so, then you were from a different era then but you are from this era NOW, i suggest you start to show a little understanding of how the world works today mate rather than excusing yourself by basically saying "Ah, well i'm older so it doesn't matter, i can just do what i did back then"

Football or a night at teh opera ? Its your choice ! You are so wrong mate!It isn't a choice between football or a night at the opera at all, it all boils down to a choice between basic human decency or not. God knows, I'm no prude, but this kind of behaviour totally appals me and it's hard to understand what sort of sick pleasure it gives individuals to spout this kind of vitriole at another human being.

The sad fact is,we are by no means innocent in the singing of distasteful chants are we? I cringe at some of the shit we sing particularly the "Die,Danny Murphy, Die" at Craven Cottage last season......it was quite difficult trying to explain that one to my two girls, aged 10 and 12.
