Why now? Whats the point? If they were going to do it then do it in January when they were still Premier League.
Why let him relegate them have a full preseason and start the season where i think they are third and then force him out?
Idiotic imo

Ta duck. Strange how media stories get reported as he had been in positive talks very recently. Or maybe that's only Kean's slant on it? Still a stupid sacking given their position and timing.

To be fair I reckon all Blackburn fans realised this a long time ago. Feel sorry for their fans at the minute,I would be fuming if that shower were in charge at my club

There's a moral in the Blackburn implosion for similar clubs like ourselves (not that we're ever likely to win the Premier League anytime soon!).
When Jack Walker (local rich businessman who had supported them since boyhood - sound familiar?) popped his clogs, he left the club solvent and well-managed as an upper midtable side. Give or take, Blackburn managed to sustain that position until they sold out to a bunch of Asian chicken farmers who knew nothing about running a football club.
Who knows what will happen to us when St Peter goes.

The 'Careful what you wish for ' one with Alan Curbishley, when the fans had enough of not pushing on and got him the sack? Or the real version of he resigned because he thought he had taken them as far as he could? H

I'm with you on that, mate. Denise runs the shop and she has no love for Stoke. Her brother's passion for the club will not be as powerful as her dad's when it comes to directing large sums of money away from the core business.

That Malaysian 'director of footbal' clearly had no time for Kean, judging by at least two comments by him about Kean's unstable position. It was only a matter of time and I seriously doubt that fanpower had anything to do with it.

I think the supporters have treated him terribly and should be ashamed. They have acted like spoilt little twats SGS +1 He handled himself with a lot of class as manager. The dog's abuse he suffered from Blackburn's fans was very out of order and over the top. How he maintained he moral high ground despite vicious, personal attacks is a credit to his class. No manager deserves that kind of treatment from his own club's supporters.

How anyone can praise Steve Kean is beyond me really. The man is an absolute pillock and has no class whatsoever. See his comments about Allardyce and various comments made during his tenure.
He is every bit as bad as their Indian owners and for genuine Blackburn fans, I am really pleased for them that their fraud of a manager is now gone.
If they have any luck, the Venky's will soon follow suit!

Then again, they f**ked up Blackburn before that promise.

One needs to look at the pressures and demands placed upon him by the owners...weekly meetings spent in Asia.

True enough , but he didn't mind the pressure of holding a meeting in Asia and going behind Allardyces back while he did it
