The mess with visas will have little to do with Pulis but there is somebody at the club that needs their backside kicking. It doesn't matter what the team was going to be on Saturday the fact is that a professional club should have had everything sorted before announcing a player has been 'signed'. No one at Stoke said he had signed. Cameron given squad number 2, I think that's a pretty good indication that a signing had been announced

Cameron has signed, he wouldn't be available for tomorrow regardless of when he had signed because of the friendly yesterday.

I still think Cameron has to finalize some paper work in the US.

Team will be:
Bego Wilko - Shawx - Upson - Wilson Kightly - Whelan - Whitehead - Etherington Walters Crouch
Inspiring stuff after £90 million.

Cameron has signed, he wouldn't be available for tomorrow regardless of when he had signed because of the friendly yesterday. The thread is about both players, read the title and then read what I said about the club not being professional. Saturday's team is irrelevant. In fact it has been stated that Pulis hoped to give Cameron a run out on Saturday. You have to read what is written before making these comments.

Bego Wilko Shawcross Upson Wilson Pennant Whelan Whitehead Kightly Walters Crouch Will be the team.. i think not what I would choose though. I agree with that one - Huth very unlikely, Etherington not 100% but on the bench with Jerome and Whitehead Really hope Pennant gets to start and show that he is worth that number 7 shirt

RVP is starting for man you! whats the difference Does RVP have a biometric test to do for a visa in the USA? Is he waiting on a tribunal next week? You can't just stomp your feet and expect everything there in place.

Difference is Sir Alex doesn't give a flying shit if he's just signed, Sir Tone will 'allow' his players to fly off so they don't have to start.
Do you thing RVP would have flown round the world this week or picked up a slight strain?

In fact it has been stated that Pulis hoped to give Cameron a run out on Saturday. You have to read what is written before making these comments. You're banging on about people reading but maybe you should take your own advice Pulis hoped to have the Cameron deal done sooner so he could start against Reading. However, because of long, protracted discussions with the MLS and then having to get a work permit for him, the process has taken longer. Cameron played on Wednesday night against Mexico, he's taken a small diversion to America to finalise paperwork and also complete Bio-Metric scans for the visa/work permit authorities to confirm that he's who he says he is (daft I know..). Add all that together and Pulis's hope of having him for the Reading game is dashed Bare in mind that it's down to this weird Bio-Metric requirement and also how long the discussions took. That wasn't Pulis's fault, he isn't in charge of these discussions Popov was signed and sealed SUBJECT to a work permit. However, despite being confident, we obviously failed thanks to a daft ruling in regards to national team rankings (Macedonia aren't inside the top 70). That's going to an appeal tribunal on Wednesday. Again, Stoke are confident Now you're up to speed and hopefully taken your own advice in regards to reading before making comments, I hope you can make an actual positive contribution to this thread rather than talk down to others like a know-it-all arsehole

Do you thing RVP would have flown round the world this week or picked up a slight strain? Bollocks, Cameron has to complete biometric tests to get a Visa so he can legally play for us in the UK. Popov can't legally play in the UK. Van Persie did join up with the Netherlands squad this week. Conspiracy theory bullshit.

I have a feeling it may be Begovic Wilkinson Shawcross Upson Wilson Pennant Whitehead Delap or Palacios Etherington Crouch Walters ??? I'm not sure Ethers will be fit enough to start, I reckon it will be him or Pennant But i can't see Delap playing.. I hope. Would you be suprised by anything in a TP team?!
