Ok, spent a good few hours over the last few weeks dealing with shite companies - so I thought that I'd name and shame them:
3 At the end of the contract on my wife's phone I decided we'd move (as there was virtually no reception). Found a great deal and told 3 I wanted to leave and get my PAC (to transfer the phone nuber). 4 calls of about 45mins to an hour each it took me. They refused at first, told me I'd regret it and that I needed to reconsider and that they would offer me a great deal (which was twice as expensive). Will never deal with 3 again.
Yodel Got a cracking deal on a desktop PC from the PC World/Currys outlet on Ebay last week. Shipped on Tuesday last week. Arrived at the local Yodel depot in the early hours of Wednesday morning. It's sat there since (~10 miles away). Have chased Yodel who now can't find it at their depot! Please tell me how a parcel can arrive at a depot, not leave the depot for delivery, then cannot be found at the depot, and the not be police called in?
Please name and shame similar useless companies

Bet365
Online betting is excellent, but the pre-scripted and lack of personal customer service is a disgrace.
I was playing the new 'Sprint' poker 3 days ago and lost internet connection. At this point I had $50 in my stack. I wasn't in a hand at the time that I got disconnected.
Anyway, by the time I got my connection back (2 hours later) and logged in again, my balance had been reduced to 0.45cents.
3 days later and after multiple unhelpful emails from them, they've just told me that as they cannot verify the cause of my disconnection and as such I am not entitled for a refund/compensation.
Now, anyone who's played online before will know that if you do not respond when it's your turn, then you are automatically timed out of the game and subsequently removed from the table. This clearly didn't happen to me when I was disconnected yet they're refusing to even answer my query on that. Just bloody sending me the same responses no matter what questions I ask.
Anyway, I'm at a loss with what to do now because there's clearly no one on their side doing their research properly.

Second the shout for 3, biggest bunch of prolapsing rectums to ever go into business, useless.
Sports World, How the fuck Mike Ashley has made millions off that is baffling, stuff strewn everywhere in every single store and whichever Vietnamese slave child made half of the stock didn't exactly do a top quality job.
RIM Industries/BlackBerry, Whichever twat decided to launch the vast pile of turd that is the BlackBerry wants their hampton shoved in a vice, I've had some shoddy phones in the past, but this takes the absolute piss.

I've never had a problem with virgin trains, they can be a bit pricey but usually pretty bob on every time i've got one.

I've asked Yodel and PC World/Currys if they've referred the matter to the police but they won't respond. I have a mind to ask the police to investigate too - just to piss off yodel. The annoying thing is: the deal I got was excellent and enabled me to upgrade to a much better PC. The one I paid for has now been "lost", and PC World/Currys have sold out. The replacement they've offered me has half the number of cores and memory and a smaller disk. I've turned that down. To get what I want now will cost me £150 more. Thanks Yodel.

In relation to my BET365 issue posted earlier... Shows that unless you really complain and persevere you get nowhere...
BET365 responses numbered....
1)They have looked into this case and could not find any evidence of disconnection for this session. As this is the case we are unable to offer any compensation.
2)I understand your frustration in this matter, however I can assure you that this issue has been reviewed fairly by our technical support and the outcome was that there was no technical issues on our part.
3)With regard to your recent poker disconnection I can confirm that we have had your disconnection investigated. the outcome of the investigation was that the disconnection was not a result of a technical issue with either the bet365 server's or the ipoker network. As the disconnection was not a result of either bet365 or ipoker technical issue's we cannot offer a refund on the bets that were placed.
4)As you were playing Sprint poker and you did not exit the Gaming platform correctly, your blinds were still being posted even though you were not sitting at the table. Therefore for the 2 hours you were disconnected, that was not a fault on our side, your balance went from $50 to $0.45. A warning of this is supplied before every Sprint Poker player logs into a table and as this is so, we cannot be held responsible for this.
AT THIS POINT I SAID THAT I WANTED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT....
6)May I ask what has prompted you to make this decision?
7)As a responsible gambling company, could you please confirm whether or not you have taken this decision due to a gambling problem?
MY REPLY....
Are you taking the p*ss? Gambling problem?
The only gambling problem I've encountered is with your site.
Shut my account down permanently and don't bother me again.
THEN THE NEXT RESPONSE, 24 HOURS LATER....
8)The technical team have investigated this issue and have confirmed it was an error from our side. Therefore funds totaling €36.69 have been credited back to your account and processed for withdrawal.

Withdraw your balance and tell them piss.
Lots of online poker sites use the ipoker platform so you'll still be coming across the same players, interface - everything.
